The spacious living-dining room has an integrated equipped kitchen and direct access to the flat's terrace, where you can disconnect and relax in a pleasant environment. With a bathroom, Smart TV, Wifi Internet and all the necessary amenities. Located in an exclusive residential complex with two swimming pools, one of them for children and spacious communal areas. With numerous sunbeds to relax and sunbathe in an unbeatable location with beautiful views.Very good location, in a quiet area, but only a few minutes drive from the beach, restaurants and the main points of interest in the south of the island.
The property has a fully equipped kitchen with fridge and microwave, living room, terrace, hairdryer, iron, Wifi Internet, Smart TV, bed linen and towels, cot and high chair. It also has a swimming pool and solarium in the residential complex in which it is located.
Due to the dearth of water in the region where the property is situated, the water company has indicated that there may be sporadic nighttime water disruptions without prior notification.
