Set on the outskirts of Istrian Belle-epoque beauty Opatija, Villa Nava provides a quiet stay and fabulous interrupted views, yet minutes drive away from the city center, Lungo mare promenade lined with majestic villas and gardens, excellent restaurants and a number of cafes along the waterfront.

Villa Nava abounds with space. Placed on the plot of 1200 m², with 900 m² of living space and 5 bedrooms, it makes a really comfortable stay for groups up to 8 + 2 persons on comfortable additional sofa beds.

The rectangular solid structure of a “broken house” and industrial styles interiors, are making Villa Nava a real modern concept home from inside and outside.

In all, there are three levels in the villa, connected by a snail-shaped inner staircase, which is enhancing the aesthetic of the house, giving it a touch of futuristic elegance.

The ground floor completely opens to the patio and heated swimming pool, connecting inner and outer spaces and providing a lot of natural lights and uninterrupted sea views thought sliding glass walls of a large open space living-dining room and fully equipped kitchen. The fitness room and sauna are also on the ground floor.

Five sleeping rooms are on the upper floor and they all face south and the sea. Each room has an en suite bathroom, while the master bedroom features a walk-in wardrobe. Two single rooms feature sofas, which can be turned into additional, very comfortable beds.

Placed in the Kvarner Gulf, Opatija is the center of a 30-km-long riviera set between the green slopes of Mount Učka and the blue expanse of the sea. Due to its location between mountains and the sea, Opatija has always been known for its pure air and health-beneficial aerosols, therefore in the late 19 century, the town becomes a popular resort for the elite of the Austrian-Hungarian empire. Its 12 km long seafront promenade Lungo mare, aligned with villas and large gardens, is still witnessing the period of its glory days. But nowadays also, Opatija is a famous destination, which attracts with its architecture, numerous cafes and excellent restaurants, seafront terraces, and long strollings through the parks and by the sea.

Besides, the area surrounding Opatija is perfect for excursions. The neighboring towns will welcome you with their vibrant streets, magnificent views, and exciting locations.

The hinterland of Opatija, the small hilltop town of Veprinac, located on a hill on the slopes of Mount Učka, offers magnificent views of Kvarner Bay and the islands. The coastal towns along the Riviera - Lovran, Ika, Ičići, Medveja, and Mošćenička Draga – provide a fantastic experience of this area, while Kastav offers the unique atmosphere of a medieval town in the hinterland. Charming fishing villages of Volosko and Mošćenička Draga, quiet pebble beaches and green forest, and the urban town of Rijeka, are not to be missed as well.
