Good space , a bit tired

The location was excellent , if a bit noisy in the early hours from bars etc . Bathrooms in need of new floors and grouting . Couldn’t close either bathroom door properly . Fridge shelf broken , couldn’t store bottles on it . However we had a great time , the space is good and suited our needs , it just needs a little TLC.

Overall positive. Would add more toiletries. Towels, and an iron. Doors were creaky. Great location!

Great location, good management, meh unit

We loved the location of the unit, and the manager was easy to work with. The unit itself was in moderate repair (no handle on bathroom door, insufficient towels for the number of people it sleeps, non-working kitchen appliance, etc.) we didn’t go to Spain to hang out in the unit, so I don’t regret the location we got for the price. That said, the unit could be nicer.

New in Madrid

We were so happy with the location and aprtment we stayed in. It was easy to get to the metro and lots of restaurants near by. My only complaint was the bed. It was very hard and not too comfortable. Otherwise everything was great.

Plaza de Chueca

Overall, our stay was very pleasant. The apartment is clean and well maintained. The location, for what we were in Madrid to do, was ideal. It is very centrally located and a very active neighborhood, so may not be ideal if your looking for a quieter stay. A couple things the management company could improve on... Providing some basic kitchen necessities...(we bought paper towels, a few dishcloths, and dishwasher pods.) The sofa and chaise lounge are not comfortable at all.. wasn't a huge problem as we were not in the apartment for much, other than to wind down after a long day, and to sleep. On a scale of 1-10 the stay was an 8.

Fabulous Stay

After traveling overnight, we called Katherine and requested to drop off our luggage. She let us know that the apartment was already available! What a wonderful relief... we were able to take a 2 hour nap before exploring the city. The apartment was so comfortable and had everything we needed. It overlooks a small plaza with restaurants, fruit store and many other things. I have to say, if you are a light sleeper, this may not be your place. There were always people up until 2-4 in the morning talking and enjoying themselves right outside our windows. They were never loud or obnoxious, but I definitely could hear them if I woke up in the middle of the night. Otherwise, I would definitely stay here again!! Loved the apartment!
