The LIVING KITCHEN in Brosterfield Cottage has a flame-effect convector set within a limestone fire surround, a comfortable suite, Captain's dining chairs with limed wooden table and a colour television. Oak stained beams add to the atmosphere as do the French oak kitchen units. There is a fitted electric cooking hob, a modern fitted convection oven with grill, toaster, refrigerator, microwave and electric kettle. Towels, tea towels, crockery, cutlery, pans, iron, ironing board, drying rack, vacuum cleaner and dusters are all provided.An open staircase with high picture window leads up to the BEDROOM which takes advantage of the view. The single beds can be easily placed together at the guest's option. There is a walk-in wardrobe area. A waxed pine dressing table is in place and a feature is the co-ordinated fabrics of the curtains, bedding etc.The BATHROOM has a bath and a separate shower cabinet and is underfloor heated.To the exterior is the lawned garden area exclusive to the cottage and car standing space well away from any roads. A feature guests often comment on are the views over open countryside. Up to 2 dogs are welcome 1 dog £20.00 - 2 dogs £40.00
