Why they chose this property
Jasmine House is a brand new spacious three bedroom townhouse, ideally located less than a two minute stroll to the riverside. It is surrounded by wonderful bars, cafes and restaurants, and all the facilities that Tavira has to offer. With a beautiful ground floor courtyard to the rear of the property and a sunny rooftop terrace the property offers an extremely comfortable base to explore this historic town. We fell in love with Tavira and we wanted other people to experience the same.
What makes this property unique
The front door opens onto a large airy hallway with access to two double bedrooms and their own private ensuite bathrooms. Both rooms can be utilised with one kingsize bed or two singles, and contain fitted wardrobes and bedside tables. Open the beautiful French doors for access to the rear patio area, which has a dining table and chairs to seat six, together with a parasol for shade.
On the first floor there is the spacious master bedroom (again can be set up as one kingsize bed or two singles) with plenty of built in storage, and a large family bathroom, including bathtub, bidet and shower. The space then opens up into the sunny kitchen/diner, which is extremely well equipped, offering brand new appliances and a dining area to seat 6 people.
Another flight of stairs leads you to the beautiful spacious living room at the top of the house. With stunning vaulted ceilings, a TV (Meo)and sumptuous furnishings, this is the perfect area in which to relax. Sunlight streams into this room from two directions, creating beautiful lighting throughout the daylight hours.
French doors lead out onto the roof top terrace with sun loungers, shade sail, cushioned chairs and a table, a beautiful spot for those early evening sunset cocktails.
