Our cozy, newly updated condo is located in Sherwood Condominiums. As the name implies, the courtyard is a groomed, forested area with a wonderful evergreen scent. In the exact opposite corner of the complex, you will find the pool which we are hoping to have open soon! From your reserved carport space, shopping, restaurants and several attractions are just a short drive away!

Property very nice, clean, and had everything we needed to make our stay a great experience. We unfortunately had some car troubles and needed to extend our stay. The host was quick to respond and made a frustrating situation much better! We visit the Springs regularly as we have family there. We will definitely use this property again.

Great unit, great location

We were pleasantly surprised to see the just-remodeled unit...it was very clean and nicely decorated. We came from Florida to visit my daughter and grandson who lived in town, so the location was great for us. Amenities were great, and ample parking for our rental and daughter's car, too. We will rent again when we're in town again!!! Thanks, Paula!!

Nice Roomy Condo

As described, the condo is near local attractions (Colorado City, Manitou Springs, Garden of the Gods, Pikes Peak, etc.). It was very roomy with two living rooms and two bedrooms with attached bathrooms. We really enjoyed our stay.

Great place

The property was extremely clean and well stocked, the neighborhood was pretty quiet, and the neighbors were very friendly and quiet. Everything you could need was close by, and attractions were pretty close and easy to get to aside from road construction which was not in their control. The only negative was an issue with hot water, but Paula attempted to get that fixed in as timely matter as was possible, all in all it was a good experience, erase the water issue and it would have been great. Kudos to Paula for making us feel welcome and her communication during our stay.

Friendly host + homey amenities

This aesthetic home is so comfortable with very cosy vibes! Loved all the extras! Books, coffee and hot tea, big bottles of shampoo, etc which is so nice when you fly in. There's a grocery store just across the corner and we really enjoyed the authentic Mexican food in the area: Hidalgo's Kitchen and a couple food trucks. This was a great home base for visiting the Royal Gorge, Garden of the Gods and Pikes Peak! The only slight cons were that the interior doors don't close easily. Didn't bother us as we were just family. Also would've enjoyed a couple chairs outside on the little porch. Would recommend and Paula is a wonderful host!! :)

It’s always the little things

Overall a good experience. It’s the little things that get you. Could not use the wifi or TV after a storm, reset instructions would have been nice. The over the door towel bars should be made permanent instead of not being able to close the doors properly. Not enough unused outlets, charging phones was challenging, maybe a charging strip would help. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful stay!

This apartment was an incredibly clean and well-stocked home-away-from-home. The property manager was very responsive when we had a few inquiries and she went the extra mile by leaving us a welcome basket and binder of things to do. Our family of 5 have plenty of room and we loved the view of the mountains from the living room. Wonderful stay!

This was a great property for our family to stay at. It had everything we needed including extra touches that was unexpected but super helpful. The welcome basket was a nice touch! The property owner was extremely quick in responding I would definitely recommend this location.
