Delightful, listed former fisherman's cottage in the heart of Deal
Copper Fish is a delightful listed former fisherman’s cottage circa 1770, nestled in the heart of Deal’s conservation area and yet only 50 metres from the seafront. The cottage has been lovely restored to feature exposed beams and many other original features, whilst also offering all the modern comforts you would wish for in a holiday home. Set over four floors, the cottage sleeps 4 guests in two bedrooms, and there is a small courtyard to enjoy a cup of tea or glass of wine after a lovely day on the beach or exploring the vibrant town.

Bathroom – bath with overhead shower, wc, basin, washing machine and tumble dryer

Bedroom - sleeps 2, two single beds, bedside table and lamp, hanging rail and dressing table

No parking but there is a council car park along the promenade and free on street parking can be found within a 10 minute walk

There is an enclosed courtyard garden to the rear with seating

Please note: the ceiling in places is low, and care needs to be taken. The stairs are also steep as is traditional in these cottages, so are not suitable for anyone with restricted mobility or the very young.

We would respectfully ask that the following house rules are adhered to, to avoid any damages. Should any damages arise please note charges may be taken from your security deposit.
Please note check out is 10am. Please ensure you vacate on time to allow our housekeepers to enter the property and prepare it for the next guests.
Smoking is not permitted in the property at any time.
Please note for insurance purposes the number of guests must not exceed the total occupancy of the house.
For fire safety reasons please do not use any candles in the property.
Please be respectful to neighbours. Quiet hours are between 11pm and 9am.
Parties and loud music are not permitted.
