On the side of the apartment there is a large veranda of 100 m2 with a view of the gulf of Monte Cofano, the house is located on the -1 floor of a 2-storey building (Cobalt) built in a hilly street, with a bedroom below road with a wolf's mouth opening, airy and conditioned and another room with a large window overlooking the sea. The house is just a few minutes from San Vito Lo Capo, facing the most beautiful beaches of the Gaia coast. Possibility to have lunch and dinner on the veranda while admiring one of the most beautiful sunsets in western Sicily. Free parking.
The beach of Baia Santa Margherita can be reached on foot via a dirt path.
