Villa Apanemia Mare is a contemporary 3 bedroom seafront property with sparkling Ionian Sea views. It sits tucked away in the olive grove clad South East Coast of Corfu in a village called Boukari. It is just 35 yards from the sea shore and shingle beach and there is a local taverna close by. It's only 15 minutes walk to the Boukari harbour where the waterside is lined with shops, bars and tavernas. This impressive villa has an infinity swimming pool set in a mature garden and a private tennis court. WiFi, pool heating and air conditioning/heating in the bedrooms are included.

The villa is set in a peaceful location in the South East Coast of Corfu, on a gentle hill slope with wonderful views of the Ionian Sea, 35 yards away. There is a little harbour with fishing boats and, near the sea, you can find a nice fish taverna. Boukari Bay is on the doorstep while the harbour with plenty of sea front tavernas specialising in the catch of the day is a gentle walk or short drive away. The beautiful traditional village of Chlomos with its authentic cafes and rustic tavernas is just 10 minutes drive away.
