Town: Cardigan, in Ceredigion, is a thriving market town on the River Teifi with a diverse range of businesses, including both distinctive local producers and larger chain stores, as well as tea rooms, taverns, restaurants, and a beautiful ruined castle. Beautiful landscape surrounds Cardigan, and the rocky Pembrokeshire coastline is only a few miles away. You may go horseback riding at the friendly Dyfed Riding Centre, or visit the Cardigan Island Farm Park, which has magnificent Blue Flag sandy beaches like the National Trust beach Mwnt. You can also go on a boat ride to see dolphins and seals. Take a ride on the National Cycle Route, Number 82, if you're a keen cyclist. The Preseli Mountains, which are close by, provide excellent walking and cycling opportunities, as well as breathtaking vistas and an ancient stone monument.
