In the property of 5000 square meters, characterized by a well-kept and fenced lawn, is located the owners' villa (3 people). The suite is in the annex near the swimming pool, purified with salt, measuring 14x9 with a depth from 1.40 to 3.50 meters, with shower, a relaxation area with sofa and armchairs, table for outdoor dining, portable barbecue, equipped fitness area shared with the owners. The swimming pool is reserved exclusively for guests from 8.00am to 11.00am, at other times it is shared with the owners. Parking on the property.

Interior
Gardenia Suite is on the ground floor and it consists of small dining area with kitchenette and exit to the outside, sofa corner, double bed, bathroom with shower.

Position
The suite is located at the foot of the hills surrounding the town of Camaiore. The annex shares the large beautifully maintained garden, the swimming pool, the outdoor jacuzzi and the gym with the owners. Panoramic position with the mountains in the background.

Equipment
Gardenia Suite is equipped with air conditioning, electric heating, wi-fi internet connection, baby bed and high chair, outdoor Jacuzzi and gym shared with the owners.

Services
The price includes: the supply of bathroom, bed and kitchen linen (changed weekly), pool towels, internet connection, water, gas, heating and electricity, air conditioning, baby bed and high chair. Special agreement with the “Blei Restaurant” in Forte dei Marmi of the same owners. On request to be paid for on site maid service and baby sitter, breakfasts, lunches, dinners, catering and weddings for up to 50 people.

Important information
The swimming pool is open from 1/05 to 30/09 and is shared with the owners (3 people) who live in the villa about 40 meters away, but from 8.00am to 11am it is reserved exclusively for guests. The gym and outdoor Jacuzzi are shared with the owners, except from 8.00am to 11am.

Gardenia Suite is located in the hills of Camaiore, an important center in the hinterland of Versilia, just 9 km from the sea. The major art sites, cities such as Lucca and Pisa, as well as the other centers of Tuscany are easily accessible. For trekking lovers, interesting naturalistic and historical routes in the Apuan Alps and the Marble Quarries.
