Great condo and great location
Beautiful condo with gorgeous views of the water steps from the beach. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. We were looking for a non-crowded, spring break beach, and Perdido Key was perfect. Close to lots of restaurants and activities. We went kayaking one day and jet skiing another. Saw a to. Of dolphins. We had an issue with the lockbox getting in, but the customer service was great. Sarah got help right away. Highly recommend.

GREAT LOCATION
The location of this property is one of my most favorite in Perdido Key. I want to start by saying me and my family have been coming to Perdido Key for 20 years! We love Perdido Key. This specific condo was one of the best we have stayed in. VERY clean! Beach Colony Resort at Perdido Key will always hold a special place in my heart.

Spring Break Beach Getaway
We enjoyed our stay at Perdido Key, FL. We normally stay on 30A but wanted to try somewhere new, and we were pleased with the area and unit. Wish we could have spent longer but we split our time in two locations this year.

Arrived to find balcony closed with a sign taped to the door stating the balcony was closed since Feb. 07 due to construction. 7 or 8 pcs of rusted balcony furniture (some large) was strewn throughout the main living area with scaly rust shards flaked off in the floor & carpet to greet bare feet. Had to physically remove the balcony furniture to the atrium in order to move about without hinderance. Contacted CS several times & got the run-around. They mislead about the reason for it being closed 1st saying it was for "balcony leveling work" & later saying there had been a recent scaffolding mishap & the "property" had ordered the closure of all balconies. Became apparent from observation & talking with other residents that many balconies were open / being used, & that our circumstance was due to poor handling of the matter between management & construction, both using each other as an excuse to let this happen. No access to a seaside balcony and living areas filled with tattered, rusting patio furniture is a huge takeaway especially when you realize there's no reason for it other than neglect & the remote CS that is quick to make excuses & refer you back to agreement disclaimers. Overall, the stay was very nice except for the ongoing construction. Probably built in late 80's, "Under Construction" should be emphasized. This phase appears to be painting which is also subject to accumulate on your car which is also disclaimed. It's the little things that add up..1.) Random malfunctioning elevator buttons in both elevators. The button panels appear as old as the building & malfunction during high humidity. This was what we met upon arrival at 8PM stranding several families on the entryway over 15 minutes. 2.) The key box is at floor-level requiring one to either squat/bend completely over to access the keys.. not nice for any number of reasons. 3.) In the midst of meal-prep only to discover the can-opener is destroyed. 4.) The dining table is so wobbly care must be taken to avoid mishaps at meals. 5.) Certain central electrical outlets are non-working. 6.) The entry door mat is tattered & in pieces... 7.) Beware all public outdoor walk areas are tiled with slick12'' square ceramic tile - most always wet & treacherous. Otherwise, the apt. was clean & comfortable except for the things mentioned. I imagine the owners have trouble keeping reliable staff to make the place perfect after every rental.

The condo was awesome. One of the nicest we have stayed in. Had trouble with the stove/oven not working but was reimbursed a suitable amount for the trouble.

Beware! Pictures don't show that balcony is closed and the view is blocked by construction tarps!
Renters Beware! The pictures should be updated to warn guests that the balcony is currently closed and there is no ocean view due to construction!! Most of the patio furniture shown in the pictures is currently being stored in the master bedroom and closet! The view from the living room is blocked by construction tarps! The current pictures do not prepare you for what you will see when you arrive! Don't expect an ocean view. Our stay was on January 1, 2022. Construction will last through the summer. Before renting call the host and ask if the balcony is open again! The entire unit needs to be deep cleaned! When I used the jets in the tub it blew out dirt and rust! I had to get out and shower off.

Fantastic place to call home for a few days.
Great location, great accomodation. Very nice views and amenities. Clothes washer did not work and kept throwing error. Called property manager and no call back. Stuff happens, we get it but had to rinse clothes out in tub! Like luxury pioneers we were! Fantastic place though!

A few blips on the check in except all the confusion upon arrival. We were not alone in feeling lost on arrival. If the management company would put an on site person at the property for a short time during tge 4 pm arrival time to greet and answer questions about entry codes, elevator codes, etc , , this would be so helpful. Even a U tube video to demo would be an improvement.. The condo had a few issues which were handled promptly and cheerfully and to our satisfaction. Labeling the light switches might be a nice convenience too.

Gorgeous property, perfect location!
This was our family's first beach vacation in fifteen years, so we were very excited yet also very apprehensive - and this property blew us away! Spacious, open, airy, very well appointed, right ON the beach, three bedrooms, three baths and can't say enough about the BALCONY! The pictures don't even do it justice. The place was immaculate. The couches, chairs and beds were all very comfortable. The instructions for check-in and check-out were detailed and easy to understand and follow. The kitchen was very well stocked and we made good use of it. If I could give more than five stars I would do so. We will DEFINITELY be back!

Mother's Day Weekend
Spacious and wonderful views. The condo was simply impeccable. The beach was enjoyable as well. Only con about this place is that the beds are uncomfortable, too small too. Other than that, you'll be provided with everything you need along with a long to-do list for your check-out. Though it's extensive, it's easy to understand and doable. Wouldn't mind coming back for a very short stay due to comfort.

Just returned home and want to say how much my siblings and I enjoyed our time in Perdido Key. Accommodations were very comfortable and afforded us a relaxing weekend to talk, laugh and reminisce.
