Newly reformed apartment 1km from the fabulous sandy beaches of Las Marinas. With great selection of restaurants and bars within walking distance and just 2kms from the beautiful town of Denia.
This apartment has a brand new fitted kitchen with all mod cons, dining room table and l-shape corner sofa. The apartment has A/C in the lounge/dining area and Master bedroom. It also has fibre optic wifi, Spanish tv and UK sky tv, sports and movies.
The master bed has A/C and king size bed. The additional two bedrooms both have a single bed in each and fans.
The terrace over looks the pool area and benefits from a toldos (blind), giving you shade whilst dining alfresco. The gardens are well kept and there is ample parking for one car inside of the urbanisation.
The apartment is available for weekly summer rental and monthly winter rental.

Schönes Apartment und gepflegter Garten

Wir wurden von Jayne sehr nett empfangen. Wir kannten uns schon von unserem letzten Urlaub. Wir haben vier Wochen im November/Dezember in der schönen Ferienwohnung verbracht und sehr genossen. Die Einrichtung ist hell und modern. Die schöne, neue Küche ist gut ausgestattet und lädt zum Kochen ein. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und nett hergerichtet. Die gesamte Ferienanlage ist gepflegt und hübsch. Vom Balkon aus hat man einen schönen Blick in den Garten, auf den Pool und die Berge. Die Lage ist sehr gut. Man kann zufuß zum Strand gehen, an den Hafen und nach Denia spazieren. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Calme et sérénité

Le logement est conforme à l'annonce. Tout y est pour passer un excellent séjour. Il est tres propre. Et l'endroit est magique, la vue sur la piscine et les montagnes. Nous avons passé une excellente semaine !!!

Tranquilidad y buenos vecinos

La estancia ha sido muy placentera. Se respiraba tranquilidad y, en general, los vecinos eran muy sociables y amables. La playa estaba a unos 15 minutos andando. Pero se podía ir perfectamente en coche, ya que por la zona hay espacio suficiente para aparcar durante todo el día. Es una playa bastante tranquila también. Jayne, la persona encargada del apartamento, ha sido muy atenta y amable también. Tuvimos un mal entendido en cuanto a la reserva, pero fue muy comprensiva y todo se solucionó enseguida. En resumen, puedo recomendar tanto el apartamento como la agencia ya que estoy muy contento con la experiencia.

Lovely holiday

The apartment was very clean and very well equipped. Jayne was so helpful. I would recommend hiring a car as it gives you more flexibility, particularly when it’s hot! The pool is great and the views from the balcony are amazing. Good local bars and restaurants, as well as the ones in the towin and the marina.

Janey ist eine super Hoste, immer sofort erreichbar wenn man Fragen hat oder ein Problem auftaucht. Die Wohnung ist klein, aber super, es hat fast alles was man braucht um gemütliche Ferien zu verbringen. Die Anlage und Pool ist sehr sauber gehalten. Sehr ruhig und tolle Sicht auf den Montgo. Wir werden sicher wieder kommen.

Entspannte Zeit in hübscher kleiner Ferienwohnung

Wir haben uns in der sauberen und liebevoll eingerichteten Ferienwohnung mit 3 Schlafzimmern, dem Bad und der Wohn-Küchenkombination sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Ferienwohnung ist im oberen Stockwerk und auf dem Balkon konnten wir das Frühstück und Abendbrot mit einem schönen Blick auf Garten, Pool und Berge genießen. Die Küche ist komplett mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt. Auch eine Mikrowelle und eine Spülmaschine, inkl. Tabs gehören zur Ausstattung. Im Kühlschrank fanden wir eine kalte Flasche Wein, Kaffee, Tee und Milch war ebenfalls vorhanden. Auch die Waschmaschine war für uns praktisch, da wir schon einige Zeit vorab unterwegs waren. Der große Pool diente gut zur Abkühlung und zum Schwimmen, da dieser sehr tief auf einer Seite abfällt. Die Anlage ist verschlossen und man kann nur mit Code oder Schlüssel rein und raus. In der Anlage kann das Auto abgestellt werden. Der Strand und die City von Dénia sind auch fussläufig gut zu erreichen. Die Vermieterin war jederzeit ansprechbar, wenn wir Fragen hatten und hat sich vorab zur Absprache der Ankunft bei uns gemeldet. Check-In und Check-Out war unkompliziert zu jeder Zeit möglich.
