The property is one hour away from Liverpool city centre, by direct train link. The property is situated next to a beautiful, large church and is constructed in the same style.
This welcoming, four-bedroom period style property boasts two large reception rooms offering comfortable sofas and Smart TV. One features an open fire, creating a cosy space to gather in the evenings. The well-equipped kitchen provides everything you need to cook up a family feast with range style double oven, grill and seven hobs. There is also a dishwasher to assist with the clean up too. The dining room with ornate fireplace, electric fire and dresser stocked with crockery and cutlery, provides an elegant dining experience comfortably seating eight. The brightly coloured playroom just off the courtyard is always a hit with children. There are a multitude of toys available for all ages, plenty to keep younger family members entertained even on rainy days. There is also a dartboard available for older kids. A downstairs wet-room style bathroom with shower, basin and toilet is located here, alongside a utility room with a full-size fridge/freezer, washing machine, dryer, ironing board, and iron.
The courtyard/sunroom is a lovely quiet space to sit in peace and catch up on your reading. There is a small table and four chairs and a TV. Dogs are made very welcome at the property. Crates are provided, food/water bowls, blankets/throws, and ’I’m on holiday!’ tags for you to use free of charge during your stay. The doggy sofa with throw gives them a comfortable place to relax.
The impressive hallway beneath traditional beams and accompanying stain glass windows brings character and style. The staircase leads up to the first floor where you will find a further two bathrooms and four well-presented bedrooms. The rooms are configured as a super king, king, twin and bunk bed with double at the bottom. All provide a good night’s sleep with comfortable mattresses and quality bed linen. Smart TVs can be found in the super king and king room. Hairdryers can be found in bedrooms one and two. You will find plenty of storage with wardrobes, chest of drawers and rails. Also on this floor are two family bathrooms, the first offering full-sized bath with shower attachment, the second a walk-in shower room. Both have toilet, basin and heated towel rails.
Head outside to the paved, enclosed back garden, where you will find the hot tub. Boasting powerful jets where you can relax in style, listening to your own music, while the lights all around the gazebo allow you to relax until late. Here you will find outdoor furniture for al fresco dining or your morning coffee. Off-road parking for up to three cars is available. Reversing on gives you more room to exit your car.
