Both bedrooms, located on the upper and lower floors of the main floor, have two very comfortable double beds, and in the living room there is a double sofa bed available for the guest. This apartment does not have private parking, the nearest public parking is 450 m away at Parking [P] Atocha-Retiro-Madrid - Plaza Reyes Magos.
The apartment is a triplex with direct access from the street and stairs with a fairly steep slope to access the upper and lower floors.
The apartment is equipped with a water tank for hot water and its duration will be linked to the content of the tank, which will need to be recharged once it is finished.
