The floors throughout the house feature authentic Santa Catarina tiles, locally made and exported worldwide. The home offers two rooms: a master bedroom with a double bed, a second room with a sofa that converts into two single beds, and a cozy sofa bed in the living room that can also accommodate two people.

Modern comforts such as air conditioning complement the beautifully decorated rooms. The open-plan living area includes a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a rain shower. Outside, guests can enjoy a private 6 sqm plunge pool and an exclusive, beautifully landscaped garden—perfect for relaxation and for dogs to explore and play. The patio terrace, complete with a dining table, overlooks a small river that borders the property. Feel free to pick fresh oranges, grapes, and lemons from the garden.

Pets are welcome, and dogs especially will love the spacious garden.

Nestled in peaceful nature, this location is perfect for quiet retreats and invigorating hikes. The surrounding area boasts lush landscapes and beautiful trails in Santa Catarina. The pristine beaches of Fuseta and Barril are approximately 26-28 minutes away by car, and Cavacos Beach is just 23 minutes away. A small shop is 8 minutes away in the nearby village, with larger supermarkets 15 minutes away.

This is a place to relax and recharge, offering tranquillity and natural beauty. While there is no phone reception, we provide a landline and strong Wi-Fi for your convenience.

Please note: The house and surroundings are not suitable for children under 5 years old. However, it’s a great base for exploring further afield, with Seville or Lisbon accessible by highway.
