Stunning, renovated Oceanfront condo with views of the Ocean and Bay located in the Golden Sands community.

Enjoy your coffee or cocktail on the large balcony, watch a movie on the 55" TV or cook up a lobster dinner in the full kitchen.

Zen and whimsical, we've made our place fun to explore. Enjoy the Pepsi clock, the Snoopy mural and the giant nautical map of Ocean City.

Spacious and relaxing atmosphere with places for gathering with family and friends and spots for quiet, private time. Big comfy oceanview bed, soft linens and three televisions with cable. Morning sunrise ocean views. Evening sunset bay views.

Tiki Bar, Outdoor and Indoor Pools, Oceanview Gym, Sauna, Shops, Cafe and Arcade are onsite (seasonal outdoor pool).
You don't have to leave the property to have a wonderful vacation.

Anniversary trip

The condo was furnished beautifully, was clean and check-in was very easy. My only recommendation is that the condo privide a secure internet. Property manager provided me with additional guidance to operate TVs as I am not tech savvy. Overall very enjoyable.

Oceanfront views

Beautiful condo with outstanding views. The rooms were clean and the amenities of the complex were great. Our only complaint was the elevator situation. They were never all running and the backlog was unbearable at times.

Great space for a small family

The property was clean and the perfect size for our small family. We loved the ocean view. Easy beach access was also a plus. Our only complaint was the lobby area was small and only had 3 working elevators which often left us waiting in long lines to access our 14th floor property, especially on check in day.

As advertised

Place was as advertised, no hidden agenda. We were extremely pleased with the accommodations. Location was central to all of our needs. The only issue we had, which is COMPLETELY out of Leigh and Dan's control, are the elevator issues. Check in was chaotic to say the least. Throughout the week it did get somewhat better, but we still waited on several occasions. A few times we actual used the stairs from the 14th floor. Overall we were pleased with our stay and would recommend checking it out!

Nice place

It’s a nice condo in a good location. Nice amenities at the condo building. Only one small complaint: the shared building Wi-Fi gave us some issues staying connected. Dedicated Wi-Fi for the condo would’ve helped

Oceanfront condo with spectacular views!

Beautiful, clean oceanfront condo with spectacular views of the ocean and bay! The master bedroom is what sold us! The king size bed was super comfortable and the entire condo was tastefully decorated and was very relaxing. Loved the rocking chair on the balcony enjoying my morning tea or cocktail at night listening and seeing the ocean and dolphins that pass by. Loved the tiki bar so convenient! The main lobby is a little dated and the elevators lacked air conditioning, but the condo was by far the best experience over that!

So comfortable

We just love this condo. Surprisingly all of beds are comfortable, even the pull out couch we have no complaints. It’s a great condo and the building is great too. There’s a mini mart, ice cream store and gift shop on the deck. The food, drinks and music are great too.

The view from the main bedroom was so beautiful!! A quaint cute place that was so convenient for the beach and local activities.

Relaxing Getaway

The condo was comfortable and clean and my family felt we were able to relax and slow down from the pace of life at home. We really liked Golden Sands because of the the food on premise and close proximity to the beach. We would definitely recommend this rental to others and are considering a return visit.

Great Memories

Property is just as pictured, kitchen was great for making breakfast and cooking dinner. Loved the master bathroom, and the view and soothing sounds of the waves. Leigh was great with communication, and we enjoyed our stay very much!!

Weekend getaway

Great view, great beach, great communication

This place was a trip to remember for my family during this crazy 2020 year of COVID-19. The condo is beautifully located and the sights are just as pictured! In my opinion, the condo could have been cleaned better. Also, check in was a very rough process. But we survived and the beaches were great! We would also recommend Bethany Beach which is only 25 minutes away. And for a great dessert: Do-Do Cookie Dough is a must try!

Ocean city 2020

Leigh answered all questions quickly. Condo was as described. It was crazy unloading car partly due to Covid as elevators were limited. Most followed mask requirements though. Unit is on 14th floor. I was able to pay for parking for a second car. Air conditioning was awesome! Get to the beach early. Overall it was a great vacation!

Beach getaway

Our apartment was a little piece of heaven! The master bedroom views were amazing and a wonderful respite after a long day! Wish the kitchen had a little more storage and Pyrex dishes lol! I cooked a lot but for the most part had everything I needed. Not impressed by the upkeep of the building or the location but we were only a quick drive to Bethany, and Fenwick. The owner was wonderful and responded almost immediately to any questions we had. 💗

Fabulous family vacation

We had such a great week here!! Location was perfect and the condo was so nicely decorated, stocked with necessities, and that view was incredible for morning coffee. We enjoyed the pool after long days at the beach and the tiki bar was a nice touch. Our kids loved walking to dinner and mini golf. Leigh was great to work with. We hope to return!!

Nice cozy apartment in ocean city

Nice stay overall, clean modern apartment, convenient facilities onsite (pool, bar, etc). The door in the second bedroom doesn't close completely very easily (nor do the shades) which was a little challenge for our baby, but otherwise as expected.

Golden Sands has so much to do on-site that you never have to leave the community. Indoor and outdoor pools, Tiki Bar, tennis, pingpong, video arcade, sauna, ocean and bayview gym.
