The Space:
Step inside our exquisite three-bedroom villa and be greeted by a soothing, cosy ambience. The living area is a haven for relaxation, fitted with a TV and air conditioning for a truly comfortable stay. Savor peace of mind with our smart lock system, while staying connected throughout your stay with our complimentary, fast WiFi.

Each tranquil bedroom invites a restful night's sleep with plush bedding. Meanwhile, the fully equipped kitchen, complete with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, and refrigerator, is ready for you to prepare your favourite meals. Alternatively, fire up the BBQ grill for a delightful alfresco dining experience!

Of our two bathrooms, one boasts a sumptuous spa bath for some much-needed relaxation, while both are furnished with showers. For ultimate rejuvenation, a visit to our sauna is a must. During the colder months, the heating facilities ensure a warm, cozy stay.

Guest Access:
Guests have exclusive access to the entire property, including the outdoor dining area and a spacious kitchen. Free parking is provided on the premises. Upon arrival, guests can utilize the smart lock for an effortless check-in procedure. Please ensure that when parked, the vehicle does not obstruct the sea view from other properties.

To protect our premises, we've partnered with Know Your Guest, the leading vacation rental screening provider.

Please ensure adherence to our house rules, maintaining quiet hours between 23:00 and 07:00 and observing our no-smoking, no pets policy. It is also required that the property is cleaned prior to departure unless a third-party cleaning service was ordered. Instructions on trash disposal and parking will be sent before arrival. Manage your expectations accordingly, and have a fantastic time with us!

Note: Departure cleaning is not included in the rental price, but you can clean by yourself or we can arrange for a third party cleaning services. A deposit of 1500 SEK will be charged before arrival and returned within 10 days post-departure subject to no damages and cleaning requirements has been followed if departure cleaning not has been ordered. Please also ensure to adhere to our house rules, including quiet hours and no-smoking policy.

Bed sheets and 1 big towel is not included in the rental price, but we can arrange the same through a third party supplier if you order this in advance of your arrival. You can also bring your own bed sheets and towels.
