Clean, white interiors and crisp, contemporary design supply the perfect canvas for eye-catching colours and a striking art pieces. The large, comfy living room is packed with pops of electric blue, from the impressive wall hangings to the plush sofa, and two pop-art themed footstalls, joining a sense of fun to the unabashedly cool aesthetic. Yet the overriding theme here is still comfort — whether you're relaxing in front of the TV, cosied up in the reading corner with a good book, or enjoying an alfresco meal under the parasol on the sun-drenched terrace. The bedrooms continue the comfy remit, along with a little dash of signature style — a slick, modern reworking of Klimt's showstopper in the adults' room, and some adorable children's décor in the bunk room. Upstairs you'll find a well-equipped kitchen (including a sought-after Kitchen Aid), with large glass doors letting the light flood in, and a handy indoor table — perfect for those less roof terrace-friendly days. We love...
The artwork, most definitely. If you'll excuse our layman's terms, we're particularly keen on the rather zany, textured piece by the front door, and the shimmery 3D swirl in the living room. It's all in the little things here, and we love how that even extends to the bathrooms — be it a mottled sea-green wall in the shower, or a jagged statement clock above the smooth freestanding bathtub. 10/10 for attention to detail.

Home Truths:
No smoking, pets or parties! This house is best suited to families with children under 15 years old, as the beds in the children's room can only manage a maximum of 90kg. There's that greatest of summer luxuries — air con — in the principal bedroom, living room, and kitchen. The living room includes a useful desk and office chair, a great spot for remote working. The spiral staircase down to the living room is a little on the steep side. One room (not pictured) on the ground floor will be locked for the host's use.
