The terrace is furnished with table, chairs and sun loungers, an outside shower and a washing machine. The studio has a second private terrace accessed via the stairwell. From here you can enjoy the best views of La Puntilla beach and the sunset. The studio also offers high-quality double glazing on the windows, the upper windows can be opened electrically, air conditioning, WiFi and satellite TV. If you are looking for a new, cozy, bright place by the sea, this studio offers you the opportunity to open the door and be right on the beach.
