Lovely Pocono retreat located on Larsen Lake within the Big Bass Lake Community (BBLC). Spacious living room with panoramic lake views, vaulted ceilings with skylights and stone fireplace. Sleeps 8 comfortably in 4 bedrooms with 2 baths. Fully equipped kitchen and dining area. Wrap-around deck (with separate screened-in porch area) overlooks private sandy beach with dock. Firewood is included. Free Wifi.
Pets are welcome for an additional fee of $20/night per pet or $100/week per pet.

Gouldsboro Stay

The home was comfortable and clean. The owner was responsive and helpful. The lakeside sunset view was breathtaking and the warm cozy fireplace made it feel peaceful. Would return again.

Family Vacation

Nice secluded location. Lots of privacy. The community has a lot of amenities and activities to do. Our family enjoyed fishing and going on the lake for kayak and canoe paddles. Short drive to Lake Wallenpaupack.

Great Vacation Spot

The house was as advertised. Very clean and has everything you need. Loved that there was a washer and dryer. Well stocked kitchen utensils. Owner did a great job communicating ahead of trip. Kids loved using the community amenities as well as the lake at the house. Looking forward to a return visit!

Charming house on a pristine lake

We specifically wanted a lakefront to enjoy the views and water activities, and this property certainly did not disappoint. The house is situated just few steps from the water where you’d find a small sandy beach and a large dock. The house is very clean and well maintained with all the amenities that we needed. The owners are very friendly and responsive. Overall, we had an amazing time and would definitely consider this property again in the future!

Wonderful Lakeside Vacation

Our family had a wonderful stay at this lakeside house. We loved using the canoe and kayak for morning and evening rides on the lake. The sunsets were beautiful. We caught fish everyday. We enjoyed watching the ducks and we saw deer everyday around the house. The house had everything we needed as we cooked many meals during the week. Close proximity to good restaurants and hiking at the Water gap. Will definitely return severalmeals.duringweek.

Cozy, quiet, and relaxing

We had a wonderful time! The property was perfect for relaxing. The kids loved taking the kayak out and fishing from the dock. The dogs loved swimming in the lake. Maybe think about getting a 2nd kayak as that was the most popular boat by far. We enjoyed fires by the lake on several nights. I would highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a quiet place to unwind. Gouldsboro is centrally located in the Poconos so it's easy to get to other attractions as well.

The lake was very scenic. Fishing was great. All catch and release but we caught perch, crappies, large mouth, sunnies and pickerel. House was awesome.

Our family has stayed here both summer and winter and it is a fabulous vacation rental. There was plenty of room for the entire family as well as a variety of activities to keep us and our two kids busy. Skiing, golf, hiking, biking and shopping are just some of the many things we have enjoyed during our visits. We highly recommend it.

We enjoyed our stay at this house enormously. We have now stayed both in summer and winter, and have enjoyed both times equally. The house is large, very comfortable, and has everything you need. For summer it has a great beach and excellent equipment for the water. For winter it has a nice fireplace, and indoor activities like games and a foosball table.

Lake vacation

We had a great time at the house. Everything was clean and ready for us to move in. The lake toys were a plus. Wish the water was a bit deeper and better for swimming but we made it work. The dock and the fire pit were great. One thing is we wished check in time was earlier and check out could be earlier, we left by 9am! We did get notified the house was cleaned and we could go in an hour before official check in. Nice quiet and peaceful place to stay.

Lake Life

Lovely house on peaceful Larson Lake. Super clean. Canoe, kayak, and rowboat were great. Caught a few fish. Made smores at the firepit. Road miles on our bikes. House is as advertised: rustic with modern amenities. Joe was an excellent host.

Great relaxing family weekend

Had a wonderful family reunion traveling from the DC area and Western New York relaxing at this quiet and cozy lakefront home. I didn't even realize there were neighbors till day 3. It was well kept and the owners were easy to deal with answer all my questions in a very timely manner. We love the large outside eating area. Enjoying all our dinners there. We had a wonderful time playing family games, nightly campfires, canoeing. Our grandson love the beach toys and playing in the sand. Thank for sharing our home

Advertisement showed house with beach and chairs and there was no beach with chairs. Back door was hard to close and lock. Screened in porch had a musty odor. Were out of supplies that were advertised as there. Other than that everything else was fine. Enjoyed seeing the wildlife and my boys enjoyed the lake and the relaxation.

Great Family Lakefront Cabin

My family and I just stayed here and we enjoyed our stay, especially the boats. All boats are here as pictured. The bathrooms are beautiful and and the outdoor deck is so nice and made of beautiful material and wraps around and has up and down dividers so a dog or child won’t fit through. The rooms were roomy and the kitchen was well equipped and the appliances were clean. They have just about everything you need , so don’t overpack. We relaxed so much that we never even went to get our passes. Even when we went fishing we caught several kinds of fish including perch, crappy, pickerel and bass. We also appreciated the gas grill and screened in patio. The cabin is in a quiet area on a-de-sac and the deer were out there everyday . As well, the fire pit area was gorgeous!! The furniture is beautiful and new and such a nice material. There is also fresh cut firewood and such a great dock with a bench. This cabin is on a lake, in the woods with such an amazing lakeside view.

We enjoyed our stay so much!! It felt like our own family home was waiting for us- the fireplace made us feel warm and cozy after our hanging out by the lake-we loved being there! Can’t wait to go back! Great hosts!

Wonderful Lake house

The location on the lake is really nice, I love that there are boats and firewood included. The house was exactly as described and by itself has plenty to enjoy. The only issue I experienced was checking into the gatehouse the guy there seemed like he had never worked with guests before and was kind of rude. He didn't care about the registration code the owners sent us and we had to explain multiple times in detail why we were there. Another minor thing I'll mention (and to be fair it was noted in the listing), but to not include sheets is a little frustrating. The rental service suggested is quite overpriced and buying sheets outright was cheaper.

Peace of paradise

Absolutely loved this place. The location, the house, the lake. I literally can not say enough good things about it. My husband and I took our 1 and 5 year old boys. Being able to walk right out the door and having the lake and boats and small man made beach area made for a great vacation. The neighbor is small and quiet. My son road bikes without concern of traffic. We saw wifelife every day in the yard. The use of boats to explore the lake and Lilly pads were great! We caught several small fish from the dock. My son literally cried when the week was over and we had to leave. This is truly a jem and I hope to take my family back soon

Canoe fun and a tree covered property

Our family of 4, 2 teens, had lots of fun! Plenty of boats, paddles, life jackets. Comfortable first floor master bedroom. Nice lake view and little beach and dock. No swimming from the house though… must go to the community lake beach or the community pool to swim.
