Short stay for the Car Show

The House was a great size for 4 couples and great location. House was missing basic household items such Kitchen Towels, pot holders, extra toilet paper and 1 hair dryer for 5 bathrooms which was broken? The carpet on the stairs is really in need of cleaning. But trying not to complain just a notice for the visitor’s since as a group we really enjoyed our stay.

Perfect for our group

The property was as described and perfect for our group of teens and parents in town for a convention. The property was ready on time and clean. The kitchen was well furnished. The location was convenient and no issues with parking. The community pool area stays pretty crowded but our group enjoyed our private pool. We would stay again.

The property was as the pictures and more very nice places furniture was very nice one problem bed mattress needs to be upgraded other than that my stay was very nice and thanks again and my your property be as well God bless you from Maryann.....

Nice place

The place was clean and very roomy. We loved that it was so close to Hideaway Cove water park area. I did have to reach out a few times regarding the upstairs being very warm, sometimes getting to 78 degrees and there is definitely a plumbing issue with one of the bathrooms, as when a few showers are taken in the master bathroom the ceiling starts leaking above the island in the kitchen. Jose stated they would have maintenance come, but that was the last day of our trip so hopefully it is fixed. Other than that, we had a great time here!!

Lots of room for a family, beds are BAD!

We stayed at the property for our daughters wedding which was in Lake Buena Vista. The house is clean and there were plenty of rooms to sleep in for 9 people. The biggest complaint are the beds. They are HORRIBLE and I mean every bed in that house. They literally sound and feel like you're sleeping on a slab of styrofoam. The owner obviously got them for a bargain. The living room couch has definitely been around for awhile. Almost the entire neighborhood looks like rentals. If you have someone in your party who has a hard time climbing stairs beware. The stairs in this house are steep. There is a bedroom and bathroom downstairs but everything else is upstairs. Don't think we would stay in this house again strictly because of the beds. Lots of options available though throughout the neighborhood.

Poor communication/house needs updates

We were very excited to stay at this property. We are a family of 15 people of all ages. The house itself is nice but there weren’t extra basic necessities & the house could use some updates. Each bathroom only had 1 roll of toilet paper. There were no dish rags nor pot holders so we ended up using the small hand towels in the bathroom. There were no coffee filters. These were all items we assumed would be available but weren’t. We wouldn’t have minded buying them for ourselves if we had been told that we would need to but we weren’t told anything or given much information. The only check in instructions we received were in regard to obtaining a parking pass & the door code. The TVs were all outdated & the remote didn’t work well for the living room. Getting access to YouTube or Netflix was more difficult than it should’ve been. As for cleanliness, all floors were filthy. When my son walked barefoot downstairs, his feet were dirty & black by the end of the day. We basically wore shoes the entire time. Carpet upstairs was un-vacuumed. The shower head in the master bedroom & nearby bathroom had very weak water pressure so it was freezing taking a shower. The rec room was useless as there is no space to play & the ping pong paddles were worn out. Our biggest complaint tho was the pool heat. I paid for all the days we were there ($45/day) and it never went above 80 even tho we were told it was heating up. We are still working on a full refund. Would not recommend staying here.

Great place to stay

The condo is more like a patio home. It was exactly as advertised. Large sitting area, large dining table, large kitchen, six great comfy beds! We cooked in everyday, breakfast and dinner. We rented the grill - not too large, but worked for our group of six. Great place!

What you see is what you get

Overall my staying at the house was pretty much what I was hoping for. The house was huge enough to accommodate all the people I went with. Everyone was happy with the place. It was clean well maintained. The lazy river was it for me; the kids really enjoyed themselves. I will definitely book it again.

ROOM TO SPARE

Our family loved this vrbo. We had plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. All well equipped with soap, towels, toilet paper, etc. Very impressed as they thought of everything. Easy to check in and the pool/splash pad/lazy river area was super fun for our kids! We're talking about a repeat visit next year!

Very clean!

What a beautiful home! We loved all the beds because there was enough for all the friends. The pool area was a bit small especially for 12 adults. We loved the resort pool and lazy river! The convenience of the location was excellent. The kitchen is a bit sparse for cooking for 11 people. We still thoroughly enjoyed and created a lot of memories!

Spacious house with a nice pool area. There were 10 of us and I never felt crowded. The place was very clean however it was not in mint condition. There were a few items that could have been updated; however, it had everything we needed and we would stay there again without hesitation.

Wonderful Kissimmee House

We had a wonderful stay. Our church youth group loved this spacious house and enjoyed the pool. The floor plan was great and was a perfect place for our youth group.

Cleanliness not as expected

This property location is great and easy to get in/out of the community. The management team was flexible with us having to change our dates. However, compared to other properties we've rented in Storey Lake, this was lacking in cleanliness. The floors had not been swept, mopped or vacuumed. Microwave was broken, but still usable. The walls and baseboards had lots of scratches, beyond normal wear and tear. Bathrooms had hair in the showers. No ping-pong balls for the table, so we purchased some and left them.

Great Home! Great location

This home is huge! Lots of space makes it comfortable to share with multiple families. Pool area is nice. Only suggestion would be to add ceiling fans or box fans for the rooms for added comfort.

Convenient but not as pictured

House was close to food, shops, Disney and SeaWorld. There were extra expenses for the use of the BBQ and heated Pool not noted in the description. The house was big and spaced out well. Though only two bath towels were provided in each bathroom with no extras. Also only one extra blanket for each bedroom. The kitchen was supplied with plates, bowls and utensils though missing pot holders, hot pads and dish towels. Only one trash bag was provided and one bag of dishwasher soap. There were roaches in the kitchen draws and just randomly walking around. Not a lot but still there. Our kids feet after only an hour of being in the house were black. The house appeared clean though the floors were not as we found out. The baseboards were also very dirty and furniture worn. The house was again big and comfortable for our family of 12. There was a few other little problems we encountered as well but nothing to mess up our trip. I would have expected just a little more supplied, newer and cleaner then we found it based on the description. I did contact the property manager with only a simple response of “I notify maintenance.”
