Come and enjoy the Miami sun in this beautiful 2 bedroom apartment! This unit has 1100 Sq.Ft. (100 m2) has 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and is located on the 2nd floor with a view to the front of the building.
The apartment also has a big living room, dining room, a full kitchen (with all appliances) and a nice balcony. WASHER AND DRYER inside the apartment.
There's also a mini-market where you can get a variety of cold and hot foods and drinks.
The building is ON the beach! That being said, you're minutes away to many excellent restaurants, supermarkets and so much more. The well-known and posh Aventura Mall is the closest shopping location.
