THE AREA
Located in the heart of this popular North Cornish village, Driftwood offers you all you need from your Cornish self-catering holiday. Crantock a typical Cornish costal village has two pubs, a local shop, two tea rooms and surf hire. Crantock beach is one of North Cornwall’s finest boasting over a mile of golden sand offering everything you need for a beach holiday from surfing to exploring the sand dunes and even bringing your dog on your Cornish adventure. The local area is full of things to do with further beaches stretching from Watergate Bay to Padstow, with Newquay only a short drive from the village.
DRIFTWOOD - ACCOMMODARTION
Driftwood is a semi-detached property set in the centre of the village with its own private parking on a gravelled shared drive. With central heating, double glazing and a woodburning stove you will be cosy and comfortable in this delightful property.
On the ground floor you have a light hallway, a spacious sitting room with a woodburning stove and doors out onto the rear enclosed patio, a well-equipped kitchen/diner with built in cupboards, double oven and grill, fridge, dishwasher, and table with six chairs. A rear hall has a door out to the side of the property with a downstairs W.C and utility room with useful built-in storage, freezer and washing machine.
The first floor has three comfortable carpeted bedrooms, a twin with 3 ft single beds, a double with 5ft double bed and a further double with a 6ft King bed with an En-suite shower room with a corner shower, heated towel rail, basin & W.C with a further family bathroom with a bath, basin, W.C and radiator.
OUTSIDE
Outside are two light and sunny paved patios, one to the front opening out onto the gravelled drive with a picnic bench and one at the rear enclosed and private with patio furniture.
PARKING
You have access to a large shared gravelled driveway with parking for two cars. The parking area is shared with its neighbour Cuttlefish which also has an additional two parking spaces.
