About this property
Sunny 3 bed house in Totnes, Devon
Welcome to my airy 3 bedroom house in the historic town of Totnes well known as an independent, bohemian market town between the sea and the moors in the South Hams area of Devon.
We have 3 good sized bedrooms with a lounge, kitchen and bathroom, a spacious garden front and back and private parking.
Families are especially welcome and there is plenty to do for everyone within walking distance or a short drive away. Whether you are interested in large, sandy beaches and blue sea, shopping in independent, quirky shops and markets, roaming Dartmoor, steam train and boat trips or just chilling out in a lovely, quiet environment, this area has it all covered.
Assistance animals are always welcome and other pets could possibly come by arrangement, just check with me.
This is an ordinary family home, not a pristine holiday let, so you will see our possessions e.g books, ornaments, clothes etc. The house is undergoing refurbishment so you will see some tired decor, tired kitchen surfaces and a discoloured bath. However everything is as clean as I can get it and you will also see some fresh decor, wooden floors, fresh, clean bed linen at no extra charge and plenty of local interest books. There is a log burner in the lounge and guests can bring their own logs and use this.
The garden is also being redone and there is long grass, some overgrown areas and fences down. There is also a deep hole near one wall, so children will need to be supervised.
