Treat your family to an unforgettable Costa Rican vacation with this modern home in Jacó! With the beach nearby, you have everything you need for the perfect getaway. Located in a resort complex on the north side of town, your home is just a few moments away from Costa Rica's legendary golden beaches. Soft sands and gentle waves await you, while a sprawling swimming pool surrounded by lush grass and vegetation is on-site at the property.

After relaxing outdoors, step inside and head down the hallway to the brightly colored living room. A leather sectional and cushy armchair await you for watching cable on the flatscreen TV and music streaming by the free WiFi. Be sure to take advantage of the balcony - you can enjoy fresh ocean air as well as views of the swaying trees below! The kitchen is just a few steps away and features spacious countertops and stainless steel appliances. It has everything you need to whip up a delicious home-cooked meal! Serve some appetizers at the breakfast bar seating before savoring the main course at the table for six in the dining area.

Leave cleaning up to the dishwasher and head off to bed. Two bedrooms sleep up to four guests at once. The master bedroom offers a king-size bed for couples, while kids can drift off in the second room's two twin-size beds. Each room has its own balcony access, and with two bathrooms, you can start every day right with a refreshing bath or shower. Thanks to your location on the north side of town, you have quick access to some of Jacó's finest restaurants and venues, including Croc's Casino. The Avenida Pastor Diaz is lined with fantastic bars and restaurants to try, while the ocean to the west is great for sunbathing, swimming, and surfing. If you're up for more adventure, get in touch with one of the groups in town and arrange a trip to the rainforest!

Great for families and relax

We had a great time at this condo. Location was perfect and very spacious. Karina made all the difference, it was great to have a host always willing to help and great customer service. We will come back for sure.

Nice condo, but not as advertised

The condo itself is nice and was clean. Balcony offers a fantastic view of the pool. not as close to the beach as anticipated. Walking distance into town. Big problems with check-in and security not having our information. Additionally, although the pool was beautiful, the rules are ridiculous. No food or drink, no music, no cell phones. I go to this area a lot and have never seen this. Also lots of dogs and barking, despite the strict pool rules. All in all, nice condo, but better options in the area for a similar price in my opinion.

Beautiful pool and great security.

The pool was beyond beautiful. Extremely close to the beach. But the exact condo I was in had some flaws nothing too crazy but there was a few bugs on the floor when I got in a broken door The blinds are broken and I want to go put them down and the whole entire contraption fell on my head really hard. And you can see the walls were coming apart. But the unit was very very clean and the view of the pool was absolutely beautiful.

Great condo very big and modern and clean

The title says it check in could be better but that was the property managers fault she was nonexistent and never spoke or heard s word to help get checked in and when the water heater was broken. But Vacasa staff took care of the water heater and took of a day and a half for inconvenience. Vacasa is fine but the property manager Tata is awful

Beautiful condo and fabulous pool

The condo was exactly as the pictures show. It was clean and spacious. The beds were comfortable and the organic toiletries in the bathrooms were a nice touch. The only reason that I gave it 4 stars is that the couch desperately needs replacing and the kitchen could use a few more utensils. It would be 5 star with those fixed. Tatty at Vacasa was quick to respond to questions and information.

Jaco Stay

The view off the balcony was amazing and perfectly situated in the morning shade. We also enjoyed having the laundry on-site. Nearest coffee shop is only a 5 minute walk away, town restaurants are 10 minutes away, and most importantly the beach is short 5 minute walk. Really enjoyed the property and would stay again.

Jaco Bay Condo Rental

This is one of the nicest places in Jaco to stay. It is clean, well equipped for a stay, has good parking for a rental car, has security and friendly staff and it's conveniently located. They were re-finishing the pool while we were there, but it was not an issue for us. The pool area was very big, nicely lit at night and will be very nice when it's all completed. There was also general upkeep type work going on in our building, but it was not a bother to us either. We were well informed about the work before we rented. Just shows they care about what they are renting in my opinion.

Jaco Bay Condo

First time using VRBO and definitely won't be the last. The condo was great and exactly as described. We were walking distance to the town and the beach, plus had a great pool for the family when we just wanted to relax some.
