Residence des Alpes is an ideal apartment for those to want to be in the centre of the village, but also avoiding late night noise. It offers very spacious accommodation for up to 6 people.

The Residence des Alpes is located right in the heart of Morzine. This historic building was sympathetically converted into apartments in 2004. Apartment C is a duplex apartment, with a large living and dining area on the ground floor and 3 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms on the first floor and can comfortably sleep 6 people.

The living area has a large l-shaped sofa in front of the log-fire, which is idea for relaxing in front of after a long day on the slopes. There are large windows looking out over the River Dranse at the front of the building, and views all the way up to Avoriaz. There is also a large dining table to seat 6 people and a TV with UK & french channel and of course WIFI. There is a small corner kitchen, which is well equipped with fridge freezer, oven & hob, dishwasher and all the necessary utensils for whipping up a hearty meal.

In the entranceway there are storage cupboards, one of which houses the washing machine, and a seperate toilet. The double doors next to the kitchen open out to the balcony, which is an idea place to enjoy a glass of wine, whilst enjoying the view of the mountains.

The bedrooms are all located on the first floor of the apartment. Bedroom 1 has a king size double and an ensuite shower room. Bedroom 2 has 2 single beds that can be zipped together to form a king size double bed. Bedroom 3 has a set of full size bunkbeds. There is also a large bathroom on this floor. All the bedrooms open out onto the balcony at the front of the building.

The apartment comes with one parking space at the front of the building, and a ski locker. The Residence des Alpes is located right in the heart of Morzine, at the foot of the high street, Rue du Bourg. It is just a 5 minute walk up the Rue du Bourg to access either the Super Morzine or the Pleney telecabines. Alternatively you can jump on the free ski bus that stops just across the road from the apartment. The apartment is ideally placed for bars & restaurants, with several within a couple of minutes walk from the apartment.
