Just a stones throw from the centre of the historic sailing town of Salcombe is the beautifully positioned Magdala Garden. This property boasts scenic views over the estuary and the rolling hills out in to open water. Sleeping 4 across 2 spacious bedrooms this newly refurbished apartment has an open plan, well equipped Kitchen/Living room where you will find a large leather Sofa and Smart TV and bean bag. There is an enclosed courtyard where you can enjoy far reaching over Salcombes sparkling townscape 
 
Sleeps:  Sleeps 4 people in 2 bedrooms
Beds:  1 5' king size bed, twin beds (3ft)
Rooms:  Living, Kitchen, with separate dining area and large table and seating. 2 bedrooms, patio with furniture and sun loungers.
Kitchen and Utilities:  Electric oven, 4 ring electric hob, dishwasher, washer/dryer, fridge, freezer, Nespresso coffee machine. 
Entertainment:  42" Smart TV with freeview, Blu-ray player.  
Outside:  A large enclosed private patio is available. Garden furniture is provided. 
Parking:  Long stay pay & display parking is available at Creek car park
General:  WiFi Provided. No Smoking. Heating and Electricity included. Bed linen and towels provided (please bring your own beach towels). 
Security Deposit:  This property has a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £200, which is payable to Marsdens Devon Cottages with the final balance of your holiday, eight weeks prior to your arrival, and is refunded within 5 working days of your departure. Alternatively, you may wish to pay a non-refundable Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver equivalent to 10% of the Accidental Damage Deposit value, which covers you for the full value of the Accidental Damage Deposit, should any damage occur during your stay.
Notes:   No Smoking. WiFi Provided. Good mobile phone signal. Please notify on booking if you wish for the twin beds to be zipped and linked for your booking. 
You may need to pay an Accidental Damage Deposit or Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver for this property. Where applicable we will contact you in good time before your holiday with further details and to take payment.
