The property has been tastefully modernised and you get an immediate sense of luxury especially when sipping on a glass of wine on one of the many terraces overlooking the River Dart. There are 6 spacious bedrooms and a very large open plan kitchen/lounge/diner where you can unwind looking over the terrace.

Rooms: Ground floor open plan. Kitchen/living/dining room with WC. First floor: 3x bedrooms, 3 x bathrooms. Second floor: 3x bedrooms 3 x bathrooms. Separate WC, Reception room. Third floor: 2 bedrooms. Separate Games area with Smart TV and PlayStation 5.
Kitchen and Utilities: Dishwasher, Washing Machine, Electric Oven (x2) + Induction hob, Microwave, Fridge/Freezer, pod coffee machine & aarke sparkling water machine.
Entertainment: 52" Smart TV, WIFI. Games area with Smart TV and PlayStation 5
Outside: Outside balcony, paved courtyard, outside table and chairs, hot tub, bowling green, direct water access.   This stunning property is located on the water front so children must be to be supervised at all times.
Parking: A parking permit is available for 1 car for the duration of the stay. This will entitle you to one space in th Darthaven Marina car park a short walk from the property.  Spaces are on a  first come first serve basis. EV charger at car park.
General:  Wifi Provided, Bed linen and towels provided, No smoking, sorry no pets allowed.
Security deposit: This property has a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £500, which is payable with the final balance of your holiday, eight weeks prior to your arrival, and is refunded within 5 working days of your departure. Alternatively, you may wish to pay a non-refundable Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver equivalent to 10% of the Accidental Damage Deposit value, which covers you for the full value of the Accidental Damage Deposit, should any damage occur during your stay.
Notes: Sorry no pets allowed, no smoking, wifi provided, Good mobile signal, No short breaks. Please be aware Beacon Road, the road that approaches Ravenswell is 6'6" wide therefore, most cars do not fit down this road. Please approach this road at your own risk . space for two small cars outside the house. Check the width.
You may need to pay an Accidental Damage Deposit or Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver for this property. Where applicable we will contact you in good time before your holiday with further details and to take payment.
Whilst the property accommodates 12 people, it is situated in a quiet location and, therefore parties and loud music disturb the local residents and are not permitted
