The wonderful apartment in La Mata consists of a living room with kitchenette, 1 bathroom with bathtub, 2 terraces (a small one overlooking the pool and a large one behind). Capacity is for 1-2 people (1 small "click-clack" sofa bed). It is located in an ideal area for families, very quiet.
An apartment is located in a gated community, where there is a communal + children's pool (open only in summer). The apartment is nice, comfortable, furnished, and has 28 m². It has a view to the east.
The apartments have everything you need: WiFi, iron, hair dryer, washing machine, bed linen and towels for each person, TV with Spanish channels.
In the kitchen: coffee maker, microwave, ceramic hob, fridge with freezer, toaster, crockery (pots, pans, plates, cutlery, cups, glasses, etc.).
It is located very close to the sandy beach "Playa La Mata” (300m), 800m from the town center. In 3 minutes walk there are many restaurants and cafes. Right next to it is a Wednesday market area and supermarkets (500m) You can have a good time walking along the embankment at night.
Alicante-Elche Airport is located in 42 km and Torrevieja Bus Station - in 5 km.
