-Four bedrooms: one bedroom with a double bed, one bedroom a double bunk bed, one bedroom with a double bunk bed and a king size bed and one bedroom with a single bed (sleeps 9 people). Ideally 5 adults and 4 children (bunk beds ideal for children up to 10 years of age)

-Two bathrooms: one with a toilet, a sink and a walk-in shower and one with a toilet and sink, a bath and a walk-in shower

-Fully equipped kitchen: a fridge, a hob, an oven, a toaster, a kettle, a coffee maker, a freezer and a microwave

-Television, internet access and a music player

-Linen, towels, essential toiletries, a hair dryer and an iron are included

-Coal fire

-Access to the private garden

-Parking permit for one car - also paid parking on-street
