Sehr zentral

Zentrale Lage, direkte Anbindung an den Hauptbahnhof Sants. tolle Begrüßung durch Sabrina. Wir waren 4 Personen, und dafür war die Wohnung völlig ausreichend. Ein Fahrstuhl ist vorhanden. Leider gab es hier und da ein paar Sachen die fehlten. Es war sehr staubig schon beim betreten der Wohnung.und da es nur einen Besen gab war dies für uns auch schwer zu säubern in 7 Tagen Aufenthalt. Es gab zu wenig Gläser/ Becher so das wir täglich die Maschine laufen lassen mussten. Nicht ausreichend für die Betten Anzahl . Eine Badewanne ist vorhanden nur kein Stöpsel. Die Klima/Heizungsanlage war deutlich zu schwach für eine angenehme Raum Temperatur. Man hat schon gefroren, und wir hatten ja noch keine richtigen winterlichen Temperaturen.Es gab ein extra Heizgerät das allerdings schon in die Jahre gekommen war ( klapperte). In der Hausordnung ist deutlich aufgeführt ab 22 Uhr ruhe. Der Hund und dessen Besitzer eine Etage tiefer hat das null interessiert. Sind nachts hochgeschreckt, durch das bellen des Hundes (23:30h). Wir hatten uns einen Kaffee Filter mitgebracht,da wir gerne frischen Kaffee trinken, leider gab es keinen Wasserkocher so wie abgebildet, so das wir immer Wasser auf dem Herd kochen mussten. Wir waren viel unterwegs und tatsächlich hauptsächlich zum schlafen da, aber an einem Schlechtwetter Tag ist es doch eng in der Wohnung. Die Couch bietet Platz für 3 (sehr durchgessenen). Mit Aufstockung des Geschirrs und ein paar anderen Sachen hier und da schöne Wohnung.

Great Location

Great location in Barcelona, close to train station, hop on hop off buses, Metro. Awesome restaurants nearby. The apartment was clean and ample space for the family. Would highly recommend.
