Blanco De Caza - Three Bedroom Villa, Sleeps 6
Boasting incredible mountain and ocean views and rural surroundings, a stylish and luxurious interior, and secluded, private outdoor spaces, Blanco de Caza is an idyllic three-bedroom property that offers guests the perfect holiday hideaway in the sun. This charming hunting lodge-style property features tasteful, chic decor with a rustic edge, incorporating local bohemian artworks and art deco furnishings to create a combination of luxury and style that is unsurpassed. Social media lovers will adore every inch of this highly Instagram-able space, which was featured on The Times' list of "30 of the best villas for summer"!
The villa's living area features dazzling white walls and shelving which is dotted with unique and beautiful objet d'art, sumptuous white sofas and handsome armchairs for a cosy, clean space to chill out with the whole family. The fresh, light decor continues throughout the rest of the property, into the well-equipped kitchen and dining space, where guests can rustle up delicious feasts to enjoy in an intimate indoor setting. The kitchen offers ample food preparation space and is a bright and stylish room complete with gleaming white units and storage, a central island, high-end appliances, and plenty of cookware, crockery and utensils to cater to you and your guests during your stay.
Blanco de Caza features three equally luxurious bedrooms, all with soft and comfortable beds that promise a restful and relaxing night's sleep, ornate linens and quality furnishings. The rooms all benefit from clean, modern ensuite facilities, and there's also a separate guest bathroom for added convenience.
The outdoor spaces are set against a glorious mountain backdrop and offer serene and beautiful spots to enjoy. A covered outdoor kitchen with a built-in pizza oven and a large dining area provide guests with an ideal space for enjoying alfresco meals and drinks that can be enjoyed long into the night. Secluded garden terraces and a furnished private pool area are perfect places for reclining with a good book and soaking up the sun and taking a refreshing dip. You'll feel on top of the world during your stay in this stunning property - the perfect place to recharge your batteries and enjoy a romantic getaway or relaxing family break.
Not only is Blanco de Caza a perfect choice for a family holiday, but it's even better with a larger group due to its sister villa, Cortijo Maria Camila, being located on the same estate! Although close, both villas are surrounded by walls and separated by mature gardens, meaning guests can still enjoy a sense of privacy from one another. Even better, guests will gain exclusive occupancy of the entire hilltop estate! Together, these gorgeous properties can accommodate up to 14 guests, which is perfect for reunions or special events, and the friendly owners are more than happy to organise any extra services, catering, or entertainment for your stay on the estate. Location:
Blanco de Caza enjoys a privileged location against a backdrop of stunning mountain ranges. The surrounding landscapes are ideally suited to anyone who enjoys hiking and rambling, with show-stopping views that really need to be seen to be believed - so don't forget to pack your camera! The local village is only 10 minutes away and not only provides all basic amenities but also marks the start of the Mudejar route, a string of Moorish white-washed villages distinguishable by Mudejar architecture that's reflective of the region's rich history. Nestled amongst the slopes of Maroma, the tallest peak in the region, you'll find an excellent driving tour stretching some 25 km to Competa.
The nearest city is Malaga, an area known for its stunning beaches, incredible food and interesting culture. This budget-friendly city is bursting with natural attractions such as parks and beautiful lookout points, as well as lots of museums and landmarks that are often free to enter on specific days. Some popular tourist attractions, such as Gibralfaro Castle, are free on Sundays, a couple of hours before closing time, and Malaga's Centre of Contemporary Art offers free entry throughout the week. If you're an art-lover, you can't come to Malaga and not visit the Picasso Museum, which is situated right in the historic centre of the city. The people of Malaga are incredibly proud that the artist was born here, and his museum is the most visited in Andalucia. Here you'll discover a vast collection of the master's works, including paintings, drawings, graphic works and sculptures.
Enjoying over 300 days of sunshine a year, it's no wonder that Malaga is a popular holiday destination, and its clean, bright atmosphere, pedestrian-only city centre and revamped harbour area only add to the appeal. You'll find plenty of shops and restaurants to enjoy, as well as pavement-side cafes and wine bars, with tables shaded by large umbrellas - perfect spots for sitting and watching the world go by.
Malaga is home to plenty of beaches, with Playa Malagueta being situated right in the city itself, just east of the port. Featuring dark sands and a palm tree-lined seafront promenade, this urban beach offers plenty of great amenities, including sunbed and umbrella rental, toilets and showers, lifeguards, wheelchair access, and sailing equipment for hire. This Blue Flag Award-winning beach also features a children's play area, making it a great choice for families who want to spend the day here.
Food plays a huge part in Malagan culture, and the Old Town features some of the very best tapas bars in Spain, as well as authentic Bodega bars and traditional ice-cream parlours.
