About this property

This 18th century farm is being carefully restored in order to provide a unique holiday destination. There are two apartments to rent in the property; both are large units with private gardens. There is also a 15x10m pool shared between our guest and owners of other apartments. It's location is just perfect for short daily trips to smaller medioeval towns or a day trip to Rome, Florence, Siena and others.

Gebuchte Unterkunft nicht erhalten, schöne Lage der Anlage mit tollem Pool

Leider haben wir das an unserem Buchungstermin in Beschreibung und Bewertungen dargestellte Ferienhaus mit überdachter Terrasse, Blick in die Landschaft und Dependance für die Kinder nicht beziehen können, da es dieses Jahr - so haben wir es nach unserer Ankunft erfahren - nicht zur Verfügung steht. Stattdessen wurden wir beim Check-in einem Apartment nahe der Landstraße mit Blick auch auf Leitplanken zugewiesen. Eine Entschuldigung haben wir nicht erhalten, stattdessen wurde von einem "Missverständnis" gesprochen. WLAN/Internet war auch nicht so wie in dem Inserat beschrieben vorhanden. Wir haben von zwei anderen Unterkünften die Passwörter erhalten, Empfang war nur nahe der Hausmauern möglich. Die Fotos geben kein adäquates Bild von der Unterkunft wieder, die man dann auch wirklich erhält, sondern sind Eindrücke von der gesamten Anlage mit den verschiedenen Apartments. Von der Wohnung, die wir erhalten haben, waren an unserem Buchungstermin keine Bilder vorhanden, sie wurden mittlerweile nachträglich hinzugefügt. Die Anlage selbst ist schön gelegen, der Pool ist top, wir haben ihn sehr genossen.

Für alle, die es ruhig mögen

Eine Oase der Stille, inmitten einer wunderbaren Landschaft. Eine gepflegte, ruhige Anlage mit erfrischendem Pool und herrlichem Ausblick. Unser Appartment war sauber, zweckmäßig ausgestattet, gute Betten und hatte ein tolle Terrasse mit ebenfalls tollem Ausblick. Direkt neben der Terrasse gab es noch ein kleines Häuschen mit zwei Schlafmöglichkeiten und eigenem Bad für unsere beiden Kinder. Der Vermieter war jeden Tag auf der Anlage und somit immer greifbar für evt. anstehende Fragen. Ein erholsamer Urlaub - wir kommen sicherlich mal wieder.

Un havre de paix

Un havre de paix. Au sein d'une copropriété, cet appartement de plein pied qui comporte deux chambres (dont une dépendance avec salle de bains) donne sur un magnifique jardin très bien entretenue avec vue sur des paysages magnifiques. La terrasse ombragée y est très agréable et sans vis à vis. Très fonctionnel, très bien équipé avec four frigidaire congélateur, Wifi, TV..., literie king size très confortable, le séjour a été inoubliable et l'accueil de Francesco exemplaire. La piscine à débordement en partie ombragée en fin d'après midi est très agréable. Proprété irréprochable. Le site isolée est à quelques minutes en voiture de très beaux villages comme Citta della pieve ou Piegaro... Location à recommander sans hésitation!

We manage the property since 2007 and purchased the apartment in 2013. We live just 15 minutes from Podere Cerretello, which makes it easier for us to assist our guests while staying at our property.

Guests who stayed before at Podere Cerretello loved the relaxed atmosphere and the wonderful views you get from the garden and the swimming pool area. Located just 10 minutes from Città della Pieve, guests have a unique chance to visit the local market, enjoy the morning coffe and brioche with the locals or have a glass of prosecco in the evening for an aperitivo in the different small restaurants.
