Their much good about place but also bad
Location is a 10. The hall and stairs up to apt at least the week I was their no lights on at night. If you find stairs to climb hard to do this place is not for you. Kitchen is nice but no coffee maker you have to do instant. Yes the clothes washer is good but drying them takes 12 hour on a drying rack. All windows are locked so heavy order cooked means long order retention. Living room has the look of being in a museum display.
Bathroom has a very pretty sink but not very useful. No place to but anything except on a shelve behind toilet. When turning taps on the thing moves the whole assembly. Nowhere to put a towel except on drying rack which you may be using to dry other towels. Oh !! the mirror is very small "hand size" makeup mirror . Huge picture behind the toilet. The bath tub very pretty but dangerous. It is on a platform 6 inches or 15 centimeters above floor. Floor of bathroom and under tub very smooth very slippery tiles when damp. Not for seniors or people not physically fit. Additional toilet paper stored in second bedroom and towels are in a dresser in the closet in master bedroom. Beds are fine. Apt has no "outdoor space as stated in listing. It took 4 emails before I got get your keys said I was right and they would remove it from list. 20 days later it has not been done.
