Cot and highchair.. Enclosed garden with picnic bench and BBQ. Bike store. Private parking for 2 cars. One dog welcome, to be kept on a lead at all times (working farm).. Adjoining the owner’s working farm (with alpacas, sheep and beef cattle) this stone cottage is situated in a quiet unspoilt corner of the Peak District. Built in 1841 it has been sympathetically renovated to offer a real ’away from it all’ place to stay throughout the year. The front door leads into a cosy lounge with a traditional tiled floor, wood burner stove and comfy sofas, with far reaching views across the surrounding moorland. At the end of this room is the well equipped kitchen which has a view out onto the rear garden. Sitting outside the cottage on a summers evening, maybe watching the alpacas feeding in the surrounding fields, will make you want to return again to experience a genuinely rural way of life.
