This single-storey holiday home has one double bedroom with en-suite shower room, along with an open-plan living space with kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Appliances include an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher and for entertainment there is a TV, WiFi and a selection of books and DVDs. Outside, there is off-road parking for one car in front of the garage and an enclosed decked area with furniture. There is a cot and highchair available, however please note this is a smoke-free property and pets are not allowed. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent and you can find a shop in 0.5 miles and a pub and beach in 0.4 miles. Note: Check-in from 3pm and check-out by 11am. Town: Porth is a Newquay suburb coastal village. The village has a shop, cafes, restaurants, and a bar on the sandy beach, and the South West Coast Path is nearby. The popular resort of Newquay, with its beaches, watersports, pubs, restaurants, zoo, and aquarium, is a short walk away. Fistral Beach and surf centre are 3 miles west of Porth, while Lusty Glaze Beach is in the hamlet. Porth is a good base for visiting Padstow, Bodmin Moor, Truro, Falmouth, and the Eden Project.
