Nautical Estates

The condo itself was nice and clean. We were supposed to receive cleaning instructions as to how we were supposed to leave the condo but never received any instructions. We were also told there would be a 2nd set of keys in the kitchen but the 2nd set only had the outside screen door, not the door key to get into the interior. Also the patio upstairs called the Wet Bar area it was dirty and full of leaves plus the sliding glass door leaving to the balcony didn't lock.

Nice, but needs some help

I really don’t like to leave poor reviews, however, when we arrived, it was not very clean. Property is roomy and well furnished, but the bathtub was dirty, covered in soap scum and the downstairs bathroom smelled like someone hadn’t flushed, plus we found a couple roaches in the bedroom. After being on the road for a few hours, the last thing we want to do is clean bathrooms and tear down bedding checking for bugs. Again, this is a nice property, I’m sure they’ll get these issues dealt with. Also, a friendly heads up… we were warned by surrounding tenants, there were some baby rattlesnakes in the front brush near downed leaves and such.

Pleasant Stay

Place is as described. It definitely beats staying at the motels near the lake. You have room to move around if you have kids and house was basic but clean and roomy.
