Great house, perfect location

House is comfortable and well provisioned. Perfect for our 7 night stay. Garage was great for parking our motorcycle. Quiet neighborhood and a great location. We will rent it again.

Perfect Spot for a weekend

This was a perfect spot for myself and 2 adult children. We came to Nashville to see a concert. The house was very clean! Great beds, pillows, bathroom towels and shower. The neighborhood was super quaint and enjoyable. We were within walking distance to multiple restaurants that were very good. Definitely would stay there again!

Excellent home.

House is very clean and comfortable. It's about 20 minutes to Broadway and the airport. Neighborhood is quiet and safe. I highly recommend this home.

Great neighbourhood

Lindsay and her husband were perfect hosts. Good communication and went out of their way to sort out an issue we had with the tv. The house is in a great spot in a really quiet , safe neighbourhood with easy access to downtown Nashville and the Ole Opry. The kitchen is well stocked,and plenty of toiletries and nice towels. There are several places to eat within walking distance. We only tried the pub ,which was very good. Definitely recommend this accommodation.

We had a very nice visit in safe community close to all! Walkable to great food pizza and mitchells deli were great! Lindsey was quick to reply about anything we had questions about! Will attempt to stay again next time in NASH! Thanks again!

Concert weekend

This was a perfect fit for our party of 4! Great location ! Enjoyed the local restaurants and only a short drive to downtown area, etc. Would definitely recommend!

Great little house

Matched the pics and was clean and in a nice neighborhood. Communication was great with the owner! Lots of items left for use like kcups, condiments, lotion and shower stuff. Great location to get to downtown and the stadium. Wonderful water pressure in the shower and lots of storage.

Great neighborhood location

Property was clean. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of room for 2 couples/4 adults. Best part of the rental was the proximity to the local neighborhood eateries. There were 6 restaurants within walking distance. We ate at 3 of them over the course of the weekend and they did not disappoint.

Lindsay was great to work with! The photos/property was exactly what the property was! The neighborhood felt really safe, and we were within walking distance to Dolse which had gluten free bakery goods.

Spartan and functional

The house is rather Spartan, and the bedrooms are not well lit. The kitchen is well supplied, although we didn’t use it much. On the hole, it was pleasant enough as a place to sleep for a few days.

We loved our stay here and it’s only 12-15 minutes outside of Nashville at half the price you’d pay in the city. The beds are beyond amazing. Would definitely stay here again!

Lindsay was great to work with, we where able to check in a day early, it was very clean, comfortable beds, great neighborhood. Not far from broadway, was able to get a Uber.. All in way more than I expected.

Great location and friendly host!

My sister and I stayed at this house for four days while we were in town for a concert and we loved it! It was just the right amount of space for the two of us. I was particularly glad to have access to a garage while we were here. Everything was very clean and all of the electronics were easy to use. The host was also very friendly, and got back to me quickly when I had questions. Our absolute favourite part of this house, though, was the location, being only about a 10 minute walk from several restaurants, including a great little coffee shop that we ended up going to every morning. Also, I use a power wheelchair, and I was able to make the whole trip in my chair, which was great. We come to Nashville at least once a year and this place is definitely going to be our go-to accommodation from now on! Thank you for making our trip great!

21st Birthday

This was my 2nd time staying here and I love it. The beds are comfortable and the host is very thoughtful in what she has at the house i.e. toiletries, coffee, etc. I will be back.
