Blissfully peaceful space. Bright, light and spacious you can gather as family and friends into the open plan entertainment areas or find a private corner to relax, exercise or read.
A spacious house set in 1.5 acres of gardens. Lots of outside seating areas to enjoy the micro climate of this area. Alfresco dining, bbq, sun chairs & football area. The sound of the water fountain from the pond and the buzz of the bees, all awaits.
The space
Only 9 years old the property has a modern feel with character, charm and
Stylish interiors. The kitchen is well equipped for family and friend entertaining. Less than an hour from London, Thorpe park, Chessington, Windsor and the sea! Amazing walks in the stunning Surrey Hills and very close to Shere where ‘The Holiday’ was filmed.

You will have access to the whole property but without use of the garage and sheds.
Other things to note
The lounge, study and upstairs are carpeted and we request that shoes are not worn on them.
It is a tranquil area therefore no very loud music outside or parties are allowed at this property.

Beautiful home and gardens. Everything you hope for in the English countryside. The host was very attentive to our needs and even had a welcome basket upon arrival. Would highly recommend.

We are a busy social family of 3 that love to travel. We have a large family and host many events at the house. It’s a great space for family and friends to gather.
I am an artist and business coach my husband is in finance and my sons on his gap year figuring it all out! We are using our time away from the house to travel and explore the world a little more now that the school run is done! Forever!

Why they chose this property

The property is less than 10 years old so it’s got a lovely energy and feel to it. The space is very light and bright with beautiful views over the pond and garden. Open plan in many areas makes it an amazing space for family and friends to gather socially.
It’s so peaceful and tranquil here! Even makes the bees sound noisy! Amazing walks, we are at the base of the wonderful Holmbury hill from which you have the widest view in SE England and can see Canary Wharf and the sea on a very clear day!
