On the first floor Villa, has a breathtaking view of the Euboia sea,sunrise and sunsets. Both homes have hi tech kitchens, fireplaces,TV and DVD systems and WiFi. Αlso the Mediterranean decoration of home will amaze you! Upon request we offer cooking and cleaning services. The beach with its crystal clear waters is within 3 minutes walk. It is ideal if you love diving and snorkeling. It would be ideal to have a car or rent one in order to visit Chalkida.
Chalkida is the capital of the prefecture of Evia. It lies north-east off the mainland of Greece with about 90,000 inhabitants. It is built on both sides of the Strait of Euripus, one part on the island of Evia and the other on mainland Greece. On the mainland, the Venetian castle of Karababa dominates Kanιthou hill which together with the bridge of Euripus and the unique tidal phenomenon where the water changes direction every six hours after a one hour pause, are the most important characteristic features of the city.
