About this property

We have a spacious ground floor suite consisting of Bedroom, Ensuite, Private Lounge and optional Hot tub (extra fee) with the most amazing views

The bedroom has a King Size bed with storage and ensuite bathroom with walk in shower.

The lounge has a sofa, smart TV and fantastic sea views.

We provide Tea/coffee making facilities, microwave, toaster and fridge and a light breakfast
Our hot tub is available for an additional fee of £90 for your stay payable direct.

Our guest suite doesn’t have a kitchen, but we do provide a Fridge, Kettle, toaster, coffee maker & microwave.
We have outside loungers, hot tub and an undercover eating area on the balcony with wonderful sea views.
If you book the hot tub we also provide bath robes for your convenience. The hot tub seats 4 persons and not an inflatable Spa. The hot tub water is checked twice a day and is emptied and cleaned after every guest.

We have seen some of the most amazing sunsets this year.

PLEASE NOTE our property is up a hill. If you have mobility issues walking to the property from the town or beach area will be difficult so you will require transport.

There are plenty of places of interest and attractions in the area. Snowdon approx. 30 miles away, Llandudno 7 miles, Gwrych Castle Abergele only 3 miles away

Guest will be on the ground floor, our own living accommodation is on the first floor so allows us all some privacy.

We use a keypad for access.

Other things to note
The hot tub is available for £90 for stays up to 4 days. For stays over 4 days there is an additional charge of £10 per day
