The ground floor comprises of an inviting coastal inspired open plan living environment. With ample comfortable seating, the large sitting room blends into a complimenting dining area. The social hub of the house, there is plenty of space to gather here to share in making holiday memories, whether it be around the TV, a board game or over dinner. The well-equipped kitchen provides everything guests might need to stay in and cater at home. Upstairs on the first floor, four tranquil and comfortable bedrooms have been prepared, two of which are appointed with a super-king bed, one with king-size bed, and a fourth hosting twin beds. These rooms are served by a generous family bathroom, and an additional en suite shower room that serves the master bedroom. An well-thought den room is stocked with a variety of games and a television, making it a great children's play space, or a separate chill-out zone. Warm and comfortable into balmy summer evenings, the rear suntrap garden has excellent protection from any wind. A charming summerhouse sets the scene for a barbecue, with outdoor seating around a dining table, a swing seat, and a good area of lawn. Accessed from the garden, the utility room is handy for those coming back from exploring with sandy or muddy paws. Guests can also access the garage, to make use of the freezer and store bikes securely. Up to three cars can park on the driveway.
A mere 20-minute walk from the North beach, enjoy stopping off at the vibrant amusement arcade and fish and chip shop en route. From Heacham, the Coasthopper bus service traverses the length of the coastline stopping at many attractions, including stunning sandy beaches, picturesque villages, fabulous pubs, and more, meaning cars can be parked up for the duration of the stay. Heacham has many footpaths to discover, and a great beach side promenade that stretches all the way to the iconic carrstone cliffs of neighbouring Hunstanton. Look out for popular Bordoli's pizza truck that visits the village on a Wednesday evening, and be sure to sample the gooiest of treats from Breakfast and Brownies on the high street. There is also a great antiques shop and cafe to be found next to the Tesco Express. For a larger supermarket, Lidl is located on on the road to Snettisham, and there is a big Tescos in Hunstanton, which also has EV chargers in the car park and a fuel station. For a special culinary experience, head inland to the village of Docking to sample the delights of the Nest Farmhouse, run by a Michelin star award winning team, or head further along the coast from Heacham to Old Hunstanton to find Michelin restaurant, The Neptune.
