Welcome to The Crescent at Miramar 206 where luxury living is just the beginning at this Destin landmark! The crescent-shaped resort is nestled on the shimmering sands of the Gulf of Mexico and affords every convenience. Allowing you to enjoy breathtaking views of the White Sandy Beach! This owner has spared no expense in making sure you have everything you need right down to the smallest detail. The huge Gulf front balcony overlooks the pool and offers ample seating for everyone. The open floor plan is great for entertaining and the convenient location of this resort means you're just minutes to shopping, dining, and all the areas entertainment venues. BEACH CHAIRS & AN UMBRELLA IS INCLUDED WITH THIS HOME (MARCH - OCT). For larger groups, this home can be rented along with #202 and #213. The unit also comes with special features, the kitchen has a Keurig and regular brew style coffee pot, and there are safety locks.

We have also partnered with Live Well 30A to give our guests discounted beach gear rentals & concierge services!

The deck and the sunset view are great, and the Surf Hut in walking distance is a plus.Also give high marks to the giant pool that is very kid friendly, and to the personable beach service.The front desk staff - also great. They spoke everytime they saw us, always smiling. We will be back!The only minor flaw was the windows were streaky and in need of a wash.

Great family vacation
We loved this property. The pool and beach access were excellent. Very clean and well maintained property/pool area. The property is very close to restaurants and shopping. We rented bikes and were able to grocery shop, shop, eat and get ice cream all within an easy bike ride distance (you could walk as well). Safe area with wide walking paths. Property was very nice for our family of 5 and any issues we had were dealt with quickly. The unit looks exactly like it did in photos. Kitchen well stocked. Highly recommend.

4 girlfriends stayed for 4 night. May was a perfect time of year to come as school isn’t out. Outlets were open, restaurants had no waiting. Beach and water was perfect!
