Ons moderne, kleine huis "Siempre Feliz Los Molinos" (gerenoveerd in oktober 2021) ligt in het rustige Villaverde in het noorden van Fuerteventura met een fantastisch uitzicht op het landschap en de oude windmolens. Binnen 5 - 10 minuten lopen vind je verschillende restaurants, een bar en een supermarkt. Ook kun je op slechts 50 meter van het huis een wandelroute starten. De stranden en surfspots van Corralejo en El Cotillo liggen op 10-15 minuten rijden en het relaxte dorpje Lajares ligt op 10 minuten rijden.
