Beautiful apartment near wellness

This spacious apartment is located on the ground or first floor of one of the two apartment buildings (new since 2022). These buildings are located in a separate part of Resort Maastricht, called Castellum, right next to "Wellnessresort Maastricht" (for a fee). You can use the small, heated swimming pool (5 x 3 m) in the building for free; it features a powerful jet stream and relaxing chairs. There also is a laundry room. Our ambitious and beautiful resort is located just 4 km from the pleasant centre of the hip city of Maastricht. The ground floor apartment is accessible via a staircase. The spacious living room features a TV, as well as a nice sitting and dining area. The open kitchen is equipped with all amenities. There is two bedrooms with two comfortable 1-pers. box spring beds in a 2-pers. setup and a bathroom ensuite with a shower each. In the hallway, you'll have a separate toilet at your disposal. From the living room, you can reach the terrace or balcony with garden furniture. You can park your car (for free) in the central car park of the resort. You can book various apartment and villas at Resort Maastricht, for 2 to 20 people.
