The holiday home for rent is in Gran Canaria, in the municipality of Telde in the coastal area with beach, known as Tufia, a Protected Natural Area.

The property is located on the first floor, without lift, so you have to climb eight steps to get to the idyllic accommodation.

The most outstanding feature of the accommodation is its terrace of about 14 square metres with views of the beach and the sea, a pleasure for the senses, where you can sunbathe in the hammocks or enjoy life outside, as it has an outdoor dining area and awning to protect you from the sun. Ideal to enjoy the sunrises and start the day with a new energy.

The living room has large windows, so it is very bright, from the four-seater chaise lounge you can also enjoy the stunning views and marine decoration honoring the seafaring origin of the people, the living room has a 43-inch smart TV air conditioning, and electric esthor with remote control to regulate the light that we want us to enter the living room.

The bedroom with sea views overlooking the summit of Gran Canaria, has a bed of 2.00 meters long by 1.80 meters wide, a smart TV, air conditioning and storage space.

The second bedroom also overlooking the mountains is 2.00 meters long by 1.10 meters wide, with a desk that allows teleworking.

The fully equipped kitchen is integrated in the living-dining room and has an oven, dishwasher, extractor hood, fridge freezer and small appliances and recycling bins. From the kitchen window you can also enjoy the views.

The full bathroom has a shower tray, WC, bidet, storage space, hairdryer and first aid kit.

There is also a laundry room, washing machine, tumble dryer, cool box and beach items.

There is a parking space directly in front of the house, it is advisable to do some shopping before arriving at the accommodation, as there is no supermarket nearby.

Tufia is located in an environment that maintains the local essence and its waters are crystal clear, a unique landscape. In addition to the beach of Tufia there is the larger golden sandy beach of Aguadulce and an archaeological site just a few metres away.
