Beautiful, newly built (Est. 2017), 3-bedroom, 3 bathroom, LOWER LEVEL unit, sitting on The Strand in Oceanside, Ca. Walk a few steps out your front door and you are on a wide sandy beach with picnic tables, barbecues, and the Oceanside Pier, all right in front of you This home is fully furnished and professionally decorated. Kitchen has all amenities you could imagine, with ocean views and granite counters. The living room looks straight out to the ocean with AMAZING panoramic doors that open to your private deck. Enjoy your own patio area looking straight out to the beach!

BEACH ACCESS: Beach access is out the front door and across The Strand, straight onto the sand. The Strand is a single lane 15mph access way for the properties along this road and is pedestrian friendly. The Strand is not a thoroughfare, and there is no parking on The Strand.

PARKING: 2 Assigned Parking Spaces in the Underground Garage

Additional parking is available at our office, located at 1640 Oceanside Blvd., Oceanside CA 92054.

Great beach house with views

This home was perfect for our family. The sliders opened all the way and the views were amazing, not just the ocean and sunset but also the people watching in the strand! So much to look at. The house sits about 8-10 feet above the ground so you feel above all the activity on the strand. The kitchen had great pots and pans and utensils for cooking along with a great huge dinner table. We also bbq’d and sat by the gas fire place on the patio. So clean! Easy from start to finish.

Beautiful house and location

We have stayed at this beautiful location for three years in a row. It fits five of us with ease, and can fit more. It also allows us to bring our dog, and the views area absolutely breathtaking! We love how the entire sliding glass door opens up completely so we can see the view and hear the ocean from the kitchen, or anywhere in the main living area. It is located close to the pier and to the many restaurants in the area. We will definitely stay in this house again in the future. It is BEAUTIFUL!!!

Exceptional property right on the beach!

We thoroughly enjoyed our week! The property was right on the Strand on the Oceanside beach. With the folding doors open, it was as if we were sitting on the beach! Clean and well appointed, this property was everything we expected and more!

Beautiful!!!

This is our second year in a row renting this exact unit and we absolutely love it! Our last few days were unfortunately much less peaceful due to the inconsiderate family that checked into the other three units, But the place is amazing :)

Great location but not clean or maintained.

The location is phenomenal. The place may have been wiped down, but was still very dirty found underwear under one of the beds, a whole tray of fake eyelashes in one of the cabinets. Two out of the three toilets were not cleaned properly, found long hair on my bed pillow and in the center shower. Carpet was heavily stained – rolled it up and left it in the corner. Outside furniture. Cushions were torn and stained —many other small items. Overall the place was just not cleaned properly. Also, many items need to be repaired or serviced as they have not been maintained they had a coffee maker, but not even one pot of coffee available, we left a couple for the next guest. My wife and mother-in-law spent a couple of hours scrubbing everything down. The property management company offered to send somebody back, but the big concern was whoever they would send would not clean it properly. I did send them an email with photos and I did get a call back with the person saying they were sorry but not even an explanation or follow up. We have vacation rentals, and this place has the potential for being great and a five star if it was fixed up and cleaned properly. Hope the owners see this so they can have at least a handyman go in and do some maintenance. Thank you Ps. Seating for 2 in front of the tv area. I get that you don’t go to the beach to watch tv but when weather is bad need that as an option. They can change layout easily and add some seating.

Best spot in the beach

My family and I have stayed here a few times. LOVE the location and view. On the beach when you want and steps back to relaxing on a spacious deck when you need a break from the sand.

BEAUTIFUL place!!!!❤️❤️❤️

There were five of us that stayed for seven days in this house. The size of the house was great! We had more than enough room and having three bathrooms was amazing. The ocean views from the entire main living space are spectacular. We also enjoyed the short walk to the beach. Our stay was unbelievable and we look forward to staying here again. ❤️

Oceanside

This place was perfect for us all, especially the seniors. They could enjoy the beach and be close and always have the view and be comfortable. It was perfect from 11 years old to 81. We could walk everywhere and ride bikes everywhere. Highly recommend!

Great but some items need repair

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall the house was great but a few things need some repair. Some parts of the stove did not ignite and we had to use a handheld lighter to get it going. Another item was the outdoor fire pit. The ignition also did not work and we had to yet again light it with a handheld lighter. I would also like to note that after using the fire pit for a while, the rocks started “popping” and shooting in the air. It is definitely a safety concern so we ended up turning that off completely. Another issue when showering in the bathroom with the big glass shower, the water leaks outside to the main floor of the restroom. The water is not contained within the glass shower itself. Other than those issues, the place was great. The panoramic door is amazing. We had it open pretty much the whole time. Location is great and walking distance to many things.

Beach getaway

We had a fantastic time at the spa. The view the beach the access the parking the amenities it was a wonderful place to stay and we enjoyed it thoroughly. It was convenient to have our dogs with us and watch the sunset from the patio.

Awesome Family Getaway

The family and I enjoyed our time at this property. It was amazing to have front row seats to watch the sunset every evening. The unit was fairly clean (could have been better) and equipped with everything needed, especially parking. It is close to many restaurants, shops, and a nice walk to the pier. I’d come again and would recommend this property.
