Great Vrbo close to Lackland AFB

This was the ideal place to stay for our Airman's graduation ceremonies. The accommodations were very nice with all the amenities of home. I would recommend this location to everyone.

Beautiful, Airy, spacious...great location.

I loved the airy, great smelling clean smell upon walking in. Very clean and spacious. Nice kitchen and outdoor patio was really nice and great for kids and nice barbeque set up.

BMT Graduation

Very clean, updated home. Great location for BMT.graduation-Less than 10 mins from Luke Gate. Felipe reached out to us both before and during our stay to see if we needed anything. I would definitely recommend this property and would stay again if we ever visited San Antonio.

Great house and location

This home gave my Airman son a place to come and relax and get away for a few hours from the base. We cooked for him and he ate like he used to at home. The house has great showers and the beds are comfortable. I really appreciated that the owner of the home messaged me during our stay to make sure we had everything we needed at the house and if we needed anything to just let them know. Thank you for your hospitality and caring.

Lackland BMT Graduation

This was a very nice property that was very clean. We would 100% stay here again if we go back to San Antonio. 15min from the base & down town. Nice kitchen, bathrooms, and beds.

Convenient and clean.

We enjoyed our stay. The rental is a duplex, which I did not realize but the neighbors were quiet and it did not take away from our experience. Home was updated and very clean. The barbecue grill could use replacing. Neighborhood wasn’t the greatest but again we did not have any issues. The renter was quick to reply and accommodating. If you want to have a place where a group can go back after graduation at the Air Force Base I would recommend this rental. If you’re looking to spend a lot of time downtown, it is a little bit of a drive.

Perfect for BMT Graduation

This house was close to Lackland and we really enjoyed our stay. I love how well stocked it was. The only downside was no tvs in any of the bedrooms.

Graduation

This location was ideal for Bmt graduation. As a previous reviewer mentioned, some of the neighboring fenced in yards are not as well maintained. This property was in a neighborhood with all similar housing units. There was room to visit with our graduate and we could come and go easily between the base and downtown.

Great Place Near Lackland

I picked this home because the pictures looked lovely and it was near Lackland Air Force Base. I have no complaints whatsoever. The home is beautifully decorated and it had all of the things that you would need if you were at your own home. It only took us a little while to get to Lackland. Also, there are plenty of good places to eat within a short drive. The neighborhood is what I would consider working class and those are the types of neighborhoods that tend to be near military basis. I would stay at this home again if I had occasion to go to another graduation at Lackland Air Force Base.

Great place to stay with family for BMT graduation. Only downside to this property is the neighborhood. The houses and yards are poorly managed. This particular property is clean and the interior has some modern updates. Easy check-in/check-out process.

To be honest this was our first experience with rentals, the pictures of the inside were true it was clean but the outside pictures were misleading. We were expecting a single dwelling house it turned out to be a duplex structure in a not so appealing neighborhood. We were unexpectedly confine to the home and could not figure out the TV cable to watch some games. This was a one and done for us.

Loved the property and amenities

We stayed here for my sons Basic Air Force Graduation at Lackland. We really didn't expect to much because it was a last minute decision instead of a hotel. However, I'm so glad we picked this place. The neighbors were never seen, and didn't bother us a bit. There is a garage, but we did not utilize it. This location is about 15 minutes from graduation. I loved that everyone leaves there grocery items after they stay. We did not have to buy coffee, but we did because of the flavors we liked. There were all kinds of condiments, sugar, creamer, and seasonings. Also we had planned to buy shampoos, conditioners, soap, laundry soap, but nope it was already there. These are the things that rack up in expenses quickly, but thankfully we did not need to bring these. There were only 4 towels and wash cloths, there and we had 5 people. This wasn't a problem for us though because we just washed them after each use. Since there was already laundry soap, we didn't mind. My younger son really enjoyed the play station and the games that were available. There is also a nice area outside with a grill and if you have younger kids a swing set also. We never used the grill because we were so busy spending time away doing graduation events, but I'm glad it was an option. We enjoyed sitting outside at the table for our morning coffee. There is a Kurig and a regular coffee pot available. AC works great! Plenty of pillows as well which we appreciated. It was very hot during graduation.

We really enjoyed our stay. Very comfortable, had everything we needed. Seat cushions for BMT a plus! A few minutes from the AFB. Highly recommend. Just what we needed!!!

The house was very nice and in a quiet neighborhood! Only 17 minutes from our destination, the Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center. 4 minutes from the nearest grocery store, which is Walmart. The beds were wonderful and the overall cleanliness and appearance was great. Oh, but there are not tv's in the bedrooms. Not a big deal to me, but just wanted to make a note of it. Thank you!

The property was everything we needed including amenities. In a great neighborhood with Easy access to the highway. There’s also a great taco truck by the nearest gas station. Would definitely book again and highly recommend !

Air force graduation

Clean,had basically what a house should have,great backyard.clean bathrooms,didn't always like the air force planes going over the house,but after awhile we got used to it. I would definitely stay here again

Destination Seaworld

From front door to a parked position at SeaWorld was 10 minutes. The house had everything and more. Clean and cute. Very roomy. The biggest hit was with my 3 year old granddaughter, having what she called a park, in her back yard. Plus the backyard would be great for entertaining. We were a party of 4 adults and a 3 year old. Neighbors were very friendly. We were close to everything, restaurants, HEB, Walmart, etc…. The drive to the riverwalk was 20 minutes. We cannot emphasize enough, how much we loved this place.

Absolutely peaceful and amazing

I honestly don’t know where to start and I mean that in a very good way. The location of the property was in an extremely quiet neighborhood which I appreciated as we had our baby with us. So from the very beginning the communication with the owner was amazing, and very timely any questions we had were answered immediately. The property absolutely gorgeous, the pictures do not do it justice you’d have to stay there yourself to see what I mean. It is very cozy and just peaceful atmosphere, the backyard oh my goodness is huge😊 and has a play area which honestly sold me on staying because of our small children and I enjoy the out doors as well. I love the decor of the home as well, you can tell attention to detail was put into every little aspect of the property which really made the stay, as in the icing on the cake. As I told the owner my family and I have found our place we will stay the next time we’re back in San Antonio. You and your family should stay there too😊

My wife and I have been married since 1992 and we're originally from Los Angeles CA. We moved to San Antonio in 2005 and have been very happy here. We have two young adults who have recently graduated from UTSA at San Antonio and Texas A&M at San Antonio. We started hosting guests around 2015 in our primary home after we had downsized. We didn't want to rent our home the traditional way (long term) so we thought this might be a better alternative. We really got the idea after a personal experience in 2009 when we rented a home in Mexico through this same platform. We enjoy hosting guests and take great pride to ensure every experience meets our travellers expectations.
