Located in the heart of Salento, in Castro Marina, above Grotta Romanelli and Grotta Zinzulusa (5 minutes walking distance), with an enchanting view of the sea and Santa Cesarea Terme, immersed in a large garden with Mediterranean scrub and sea pines. Concierge service at request. Perfect to enjoy the best of the Salento
The house can accommodate up to 8-10 people.
- Upper floor: 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms, large living room, fully equipped kitchen (fitted wall, oven, microwave, dishwasher), utility room (washing machine), fully equipped covered terrace (sofa, sun beds, deck chairs, table and chairs for outdoor dining)
- Lower Floor: 1 room, 1 bathroom, living room with sofa bed, kitchen
- Roof Terrace: fully equipped roof terrace (sun beds, deck chairs)
- Air conditioning throughout the house
- Wifi internet
- Large garden with Mediterranean scrub, equipped with outdoor shower, BBQ, hammocks, deck chairs and sun loungers
- The villa is part of a property including a second non-adjacent villa (50 meters away) and not rented, currently under renovation (no in July / August), total privacy, exclusive rented property, access to the villa under renovation prohibited).
The cost includes
1. Midweek cleaning for 3 hours
2. 1 set of linen per guest (sheets and towels)
3. Utilities
4. Midweek gardener
Possible extras:
1. Cleaning: 12 Euros / Hour
2. Set of linens: 25 Euros / each
3. Concierge service (organization of trips, cook, baby sitter, etc.): on request
Compulsory final cleaning: 250 Euros
On the promontories close to the villa there are two clubs which usually host a few popular night music events in August. Depending on the wind, you might happen to hear the music from the terrace of the Villa (as from any neighbours villas in the area). Should the music be not enjoyable, with closed windows and air conditioning you can still enjoy a quiet night time.
